okay it actually says chapter 2 which is ever so slightly better (since nate does have quests in chapter 2. though also the mirapo quest is not in chapter 2 for nate????) but. hailey doesn't have any quests until the detective agency opens. in chapter 4. there is literally only one quest as hailey that isn't gotten through the detective agency (the don-chan quest)-

i like how the wiki consistently has completely inaccurate information on 3's quests. especially hailey's. the navbox at least used to claim she had quests in chapter 1 when nate doesn't even have quests in chapter 1-
