first time actually playing rain world instead of watching highlights. who the fuck designed shaded citadel.
#*gripping wall so hard it cracks with a feral look on my face* background and foreground bridge elements should NOT BE SIMILAR COLOURS!!!!!#like as an AREA??? not too hard. i mostly ran past the spiders. they only got me once.#but oohhh my gooood the intuitive game design is lacking??? <- studied videogames theory and implementation at uni#lantern mice slow you down while holding them. you can't grab to platform with them#overseers either highlight nothing or the wrong areas - or constantly ping moon when you've already visited her#but the bridge bit got me the most. if a platforming failure is MY fault fine.
