Hey, @somerunner, I ended up continuing reading the Kaguya manga, and indeed the plot does get interesting and I can actually see it as a sequel of the original story. I do kinda skip the stories of the secondary characters though 😅 gotta keep some balance for myself, lol.

But as I read it, Shirogane's dad is just... like that. He comes back home and before he's even crossed the threshold the first words out of his mouth are
