Something I never see brought up in the "Was Luke right? Did Luke make some points?" debate is that he allied himself with Kronos, the Titan who ate his children. That's not a divine being who's actually going to care about demigods, claimed or unclaimed.

That'd be like two people talking about the United States and agreeing that the democracy is crumbling, the politicians are corrupt, and social programs are failing, and one person going "yeah, so we should try to fix it, Maybe make some reforms? Pass some new laws?" and the other person going "So we should bring back the divine right of kings!"

Sure, maybe they have the right starting point, but one solution is for sure a huge step backwards.
