i've been eyes deep in drawing and writing my tfp monsterformers au, and i can't get harpy!starscream out of my head

harpy!starscream who used to rule the skies of his homeworld. harpy!starscream who was once renowned not just for his agility when flying, but also for his beautiful colors, feathers shimmering in silver, red, orange, and blue. harpy!starscream who, after years of stress from war and megatron and exposure to dark magic, has lost his beauty. his magnificent colors have faded to white, with only a few streaks of red left. harpy!starscream who mourns the open sky of his home, soaring with his flock, the freedom of flying without worrying about the war.

harpy!starscream who, after the war ends, after finding a flock of his own, starts to show his true colors again.
