it's strange how pervasive "vegans bad" type posts can still seem online sometimes. idk it just seems like a strange hill to be dying on nowadays lol
#maddie meows#i think being critical of veganism sometimes is good in the sense that i think it's good to turn a critical eye to all ideologies sometimes#if nothing else it helps u understand them better even if you do still agree :]#but some ppl are still out here constructing some of the oddest men of straw i've ever seen!! and for what! for whom!!#also. i've been vegetarian for abt 16 years now and remember when THAT was the dietary choice that made u a giant weirdo...#at least in my home corner of tx.#but now the vegans get all the bad press and we've been FORGOTTEN!!! like what am i? chopped plant based liver???#am i just not GOOD ENOUGH to be bullied anymore???? is that it?????#i guess so. hmph.#man the liver thing is a really bad joke. just what this post needed... now it can fly out into the world like a beautiful stupid butterfly
