on break during a town hall for my tribe, thinking about how involved leah is in her own indigenous heritage
#i don't. know frankly#i'm not super involved in my own tribe and she and i are of different tribal bands so idek where to start#i think she would do some research on her own and i think nika has some involvement indigenous activism if nothing else#i imagine leah's family on nika's side has plenty of involvement given nika literally has a cree first name#but i have no idea if leah like. attends meetings for a specific branch or subset of her family#i do think back in zuzu at least she volunteered with native orgs regardless of tribe#and when she does set up an online store and an e.tsy she does do a lot of crafting from her heritage#but since we're from different tribes idk what sort of crafting is traditional for the cree people#i'll have to do some research myself#( leah ; headcanons )
