i am so so sick of treated like im stupid by mental health professionals
#or not taken seriously#like do i need to have a panic attack before you to take me seriously?#do i need to cry?#i have never cried in front of them and i never will#im not looking forward to the psychiatrist appointment at the end of the month#i hope she's normal algkslha#the 2 previous one were not great#first one was very arrogant and the second one just wanted to give me pamphlets#the mental health nurse i have now is the most normal one of all#but she's leaving next year algksh#so like cool#but she already knows who she wants to refer me to and she told me like 3months in advance so i appreciate that#i'll get to update her today on my highs and lows in october algjsh#i am still nervous tho
