Anyway I've been playing a lot of games today, mostly farming sims obviously inspired by stardew valley and building sims, and I just wanted to let you know that if you were wondering whether or not fields of mistria is a good game I'm hear to tell you that it is! It's super charming and adds small details here and there that gives the characters more personality and I just love it

#the pyre #the stardew esc games I've played today besides fields of mistria was coral island and travelers rest #I didn't play travelers rest for long but already it's super unique since you're managing your own tavern #I liked coral island and thought it would be the best game I played but after playing fields of mistria I can see some of it's faults #like it's 3d but the models aren't too ugly the animations are kinda clunky though #and the map is huge like it's waaaaaay too big #but in both games it's easy to get lost bc the signs are pretty hard to see #I can't play stardew often bc I get too addicted but out of the two fields is more addicting #it has that mechanic where you'll sleep intending to log off after you save only to see several other things you can do that makes you want #to play through another day #coral island is like that too but to a lesser extent #anyway this has been my farming sim corner #but real quick the builder games I played was tiny glade and my dream setup #I like them both but I like mds more just bc I get more options #I swear I can do next to nothing on tiny glade
