Leona may have acted like he wasn't very keen on going home and bringing anyone from Night Raven College along, but he did care a lot about his homeland and he was feeling a little proud that he got to show it to you. He just wished he wasn't the loathed second prince while doing that. The others? It didn't matter to him if they enjoyed their trip. But you were his significant other and he wanted you to have a good time. So if he already had to go back to the Sunset Savannah? He might as well bring you along. He didn't want to admit it but you brightened up every moment at least enough for it to be tolerable for him. And even though he felt like the trip was going to be quite the hassle, he was looking forward to it at least a little bit in the aspect that he'd get to spend some time with you in his homeland. Maybe he'd even show you the palace. The others could wait outside.

You wandered the plaza with Leona and the others, sneaking your hand into his at one point. "Careful, y/n~", Leona teased and looked at you with his signature smirk, "the people of Sunset Savannah still don't know I have a significant other, we don't want anyone from the royal guard to tackle you for your affection now, do we? They might throw you in jail and then you'll never get to see me again." You rolled your eyes at your boyfriend. "If you weren't the prince, I'd dunk you in the fountain." "So violent, huh?", he said with an uncharacteristically dramatic sigh, "drowning in the fountain built to commemorate my beloved nephew would be a fitting end for me, huh?" You poked his side. "I'd be foolish to believe I could get rid of you by drowning you in a fountain", you joked and now Leona took your hand in his for a moment and squeezed it gently, still smirking at you.

"Could you people stop flirting for two seconds?", Vil looked at you both with a disappointed expression. "This is their version of flirting?", Lilia put a finger to his chin in confusion. "It is and I hate it", Vil replied dryly.

All of you noticed that it had become even hotter in the plaza and none of you were really dressed for the occasion. When Jack fainted, Leona was shocked and needed a moment to process what was happening. "Y/n, could you hand me the water you packed? Y/n...?", Leona turned around to see you unconscious in Vil's arms after he had caught you. "Oh for fucks sake", Leona held his head.

He made his way towards you. "Move, prickly queen", he hissed at Vil and picked you up from the ground bridal style. Vil stared at him like "tf did you just call me?"

"This really isn't the time to get jealous, you know?", Vil sighed and Leona carried you to the shade as the others helped bring Jack there. They could see Leona seemed a little distressed over you fainting though. He put you down on a bench and sat next to you, waiting for you to regain consciousness before he helped you drink some water.

"Ah shit, how are we supposed to win if y'all die on me like a starving gazelle with three broken legs?", Leona growled and rubbed the back of his head. Despite his annoyed expression, anyone who knew him well enough could tell he was worried about the two of you.

"Do you think you two can walk with us or should I call the corpse wagon?", Leona asked about your condition, ignoring Vil's sarcastic commentary of how charming he was yet again.

At the hotel he has you sitting sideways on his lap and resting against his chest. His tail is wrapped around your waist and he holds your cheek with one hand before pressing a kiss to your forehead. He looks up at Vil and Lilia smirking at him in a teasing way and Kalim letting out an "aw" sound.

"Fuck you starin' at?", Leona commented dryly. "I'm sorry", Kalim apologized and looked to the ground.

Jamil was glad you were coming along because not only would he get to show his homeland to you but you would always cheer him up and help him relax when he was feeling too stressed with his responsibilities. When he joined you in the evening after a long day of running after Kalim, you'd sometimes massage his shoulders or kiss the tension away. He'd need that today, he mused. He'd make sure to show you all of his favorite things about the Scalding Sands in return.

What he wasn't expecting was for you to faint from the heat. If anyone was an expert in keeping people safe and comfortable, it was Jamil. He had warned you about the harsh desert heat. Repeatedly. Yet it had still happened.

So now that you had fainted despite him making sure you're hydrated and otherwise protected from the sun, the only thing that was left for him to do was to make sure you'd get back on your feet as soon as possible.

It wouldn't be Jamil if he didn't bring a first-aid kit so he uses anything in there that could possibly help you.

He ignores Kalims worried commentary of the situation and makes sure you're provided with the best possible support.

Kalim orders food for you specifically so you get your energy back.

Jamil has an arm wrapped around you and makes sure you drink enough water. When the food arrives, you enjoy the exquisite meal. "Out of all things, you had to order a gourmet lunch that's more expensive than a street food vendor's entire shop?", Jamil stares at Kalim with his typical half-lidded expression, "you know a wet burger would have been much cheaper and been here earlier right?" You immediately stop eating, still having a bite in your mouth while staring at your boyfriend in shock upon the realization of what Kalim had ordered for you. "Just eat it now, Kalim is just like that", Jamil sighs, gesturing for you not to worry about the cost.

Jamil presses a kiss to your forehead and holds your hand as you continue your trip, urging you to take things slow for now. He stays by your side and keeps you safe. Once you're wearing the outfit Kalim's family had specifically prepared for his friends, Jamil at least doesn't worry anymore about you not being dressed appropriately for the desert climate. "You look beautiful", he squeezes your hand and presses a kiss to your lips, relieved you're safe and seem to be doing well.

Malleus is so hyped when he not only gets to go on a trip to the Scalding Sands without his retainers but gets to be with you on top of it all. It's like Halloween and Birthdays and International Gargoyle Day (something he may or may not have made up) in one.

If he's waiting for three hours in front of the dark mirror before the trip out of sheer excitement you can bet you're waiting with him. "They're not going to forget about us, we don't have to get up at 4am for this, Mal-", you protested as he dragged you out of bed to get ready for the trip.

He wants to share every moment with you. The trip has barely begun and he already feels like these are going to be memories he'd treasure forever.

When you faint because of the heat, he's super worried. He catches you and holds you in his arms with a panicked expression. So terrified he's losing you for a moment. "Viper, y/n is dying", he calls out with noticeable fear in his shaking voice. The people around you are raising an eyebrow and staring at your group. "They're not dying", Jamil corrects Malleus hastily and tries to signal to the concerned spectators that you were going to be fine, "they've just fainted from the heat. Let's get them somewhere in the shade and provide them with water."

Malleus nods and water droplets start forming from thin air everywhere around you. "Not with magic", Jamil gestures wildly and is happy to see the car Kalim called arrive, "we brought bottled water. No. more. magic." Jamil is so stressed out already, he's glad when you wake up again because that makes him avoid more fun surprises from their royal guest out of worry.

The thing is that Malleus getting into a relationship with anyone is not something to be taken lightly and could have a huge impact on the political landscape of Briar Valley so until you're sure you actually want to rule over his kingdom with Malleus, your relationship unfortunately has to stay a secret. Which means none of your classmates except for Lilia, Silver and Sebek are actually aware you two are an item.

"You're all seeing this right? This is not a mirage?", Cater whispers audibly with a shocked expression while in the limousine. The reason for his bafflement is Malleus gently holding you in his arms while you were resting and recovering from your heatstroke. Malleus holds Twisted Wonderland's equivalent of a Capri Sun, letting you drink from the straw while he had an arm wrapped around you. There was still worry in his voice and he would have loved to be alone with you right now to give you some affection in order to cheer you up.

He stays super close to you throughout the rest of your trip to make sure you'll be okay because you really did a number on his poor inexperienced heart.

He's simultaneously so relieved you're okay that he's even more affectionate than usual. He shares one of those melons with you and says it's so your love lasts forever. ❤️

Lilia was so excited to take you on this trip. The last time he visited the capital of Sunset Savannah, it hadn't been urbanized yet so he was looking forward to exploring the modern metropolis with you and being able to provide you with some stories and trivia about the past during the trip.

Lilia himself is pretty sensitive to the sun and he definitely warned you about the heat.

Nevertheless, you faint early on in the trip due to a heatstroke. Did I not pay enough attention to them?, Lilia asks himself as he carries you to the shade.

He thinks it's unlikely anything too bad is going to happen to you but he's still worried. He holds you in his arms the whole time until you wake up. He gently rubs your wrist with his thumb and kisses your forehead gently. You come to your senses not long after, your eyes flickering open and looking into the face of your lover who is giving you a soft smile. True love's kiss, Lilia mused and chuckles.

"We were quite worried about you, dear", he pats your head, hugs you and Kalim hands him the water bottle. Lilia helps you drink if your hand is shaking and you struggle to hold the bottle on your own.

He raised Silver and one overgrown dragon fae, he knows how to take care of someone, so you're in good hands unless he brings up his cooking. Then it's time to hit the bricks.

Lilia has an arm wrapped around you all the way back to the hotel, so you have some support if you're still low on energy or feeling a little dizzy.

He makes sure you get something to eat and drink enough water once you're back at the hotel.

He holds you for a while and kisses your lips gently. "Don't scare me like this again, okay?", he chuckles as you nuzzle his neck and hug him back.

He'd let the medics do a check-up and he'd be really happy if you're in the condition to continue exploring the capital with him and the others but if not he vows to take note of everything that might interest you and show it to you before you go back to Night Raven College.

3. You were invited to this stupid party by someone you really can't stand, but you can't find them anywhere. Thankfully you found this wonderful person to dance with who is a great time and nothing like that person at all.

And you don't know how much it means to me that I make you happy when I post (つ﹏⊂) I do write things that amuse myself yes, but seeing my regulars in my notes makes me so happy. I think about you guys when I write stuff all the time ♡

Leona

How hard could it be to find a lion- well anywhere now that you are really thinking about it? They stand out, have an incessant need for sleep, are constantly making demands of other people, and oh yeah this one has a fucking tail. You would have thought it would be extremely easy to find Leona even if everyone was wearing some sort of costume because you would have just needed to pin the tail on the asshole but no. It would seem that several of these obnoxious costumes came with tails. Yours included, it was extremely annoying to sit on and you found yourself with many uncomfortable questions about how Leona, Ruggie, and Jack functioned at NRC with those things. Do beastmen have different furniture to accommodate their tails? Just how different is a beastman's anatomy to a regular man's and would Leona just show up already so you could stop thinking about his ass?

"Hey watch where you're goin'." Your thoughts are interrupted with faux fur. Lots of it, you loose your mask in the struggle to pry yourself free of the stranger's costume and are unable to use the anonymity to hide your opinion of his costume.

It sucks. Whoever this guy is he must have really pissed off Crewel to get stuck with this weird abomination of a fur trimmed cape. It barely matches the antlers on his head, he doesn't seemed that bothered by your look, offering you back your mask with a shrug.

"I know. Ugly as shit right?"

"You said it not me." You fix your mask back into place and look at the buffet table next to you both. "Hey have you seen a lion around anywhere? I thought I might find him next to the meats but haven't had much luck so far."

"A lion hm?" This man leans back folding his arms so really know he's thinking. "Can't say I have. Why ya' lookin for him?" He bends just a little bit closer to you. "Am I not good enough company for you?"

"But sir," You fake gasp "we've only just met and this lion invited me. I need to at least let him know how annoyed I am he made me waste my evening."

"Oh do you know." The man laughs. "Well we really should go find him then." He offers you his hand and takes you towards the dance floor, tossing his heavy, ugly cloak around as he does letting the weight push other couples out of the way.

"I thought you were taking me to look for my lion, Mr. Deer." Leona knows you are teasing him, that doesn't mean his ears twitch any less at being called a deer. "Are you sure you didn't just want to dance with me?"

"Bit full of ourselves aren't we?" He dips you and relishes the way you gasp. "Since when was he your lion?" Since you stepped on his tail but you don't need to know that. He certainly didn't until Ruggie pointed out.

"Since he decided to invite me to an event I was already invited to." You have every right to sound this smug but he really is not in the mood to admit it.

"You sure seemed content to ditch him for me. Sure that's smart of you? You're pretty tiny I'd hate to see you get eaten." The grumpy part of him sort of wishes you had ditched "him" to keep looking for your lion.

"Ah well." you sound shy, he hears your heart rate quicken ever so slightly. "I sort of owe him an apology? Every time I try to talk to him I get a but tongue tied and say a bunch of stuff I don't really mean." This is not news to him, he knows the steps of your heartbeat as well as he knows his own.

"Maybe he invited you because he owes you one too." He picks you up as the song ends, arms wrapped tight around your waist pinning your arms to your side and carrying you off back towards the buffet. "Do me a favor and get rid of the mask would you? I'm tired of you acting like I'm some stupid herbivore."

"LEONA?" Oh so you really didn't know. Pity that just makes him laugh louder. He had wanted to do the gently put he drops you just a tiny bit to hear you scream as payback for not knowing it was him. People are staring but he really doesn't care so long as your eyes remain on him until the night is over and return when you wake back up.

"Now," he sets you down in the corner where you found him "I believe you were complaining about me wasting your evening? Well I am all ears, just where do you suggest we go?"

Vil

Saying something out loud really does have a way of making it sound worse. "I cursed sweets Trey sent over to prevent the spudlings from cheating on their diets." Did not sound unreasonable to Vil. When Rook added "without telling the person whose dorm I was staying in or asking for their permission" he had initially scoffed, brushed it from his mind and gone back to preparing for VDC. Why would that matter? They weren't in charge of VDC, they didn't have any say in how he ran his group.

It's just one of the things he would like to scold his past self for. That action had nothing to do with the VDC; Yuu had correctly seen it as a further alienation of them from the broader school population and stripping of their autonomy. It was not something that occurred to him because Vil was not in the habit of viewing people as throwaways, everyone regardless of circumstance had potential. All they had to do was work hard and they would flourish, and the longer he looked at Yuu the stronger he felt he was right.

You had not originally been invited to the dance. Crowley had explained that first years needed permission from their Housewarden to come, and since Ramshackle did not have one, and you apparently did not count you were not allowed. Vil had been the last person you expected to stick up for you. Sure it sucked to hear someone say inviting you was "just a formality" but you were not going to complain about someone making it easier to feed Grim. You had intended to hunt him down and make Grim say thank you, but your great mage master had somehow managed to ditch you before you had found anyone you recognized, let alone Vil. It made you feel very alone, dissociative even, which had not been helped by the figure who appeared asking if you were alright.

"Do you need to go someplace more quiet?" You shake your head, fully aware your mask likely isn't helping your argument.

"No sorry I was just looking for..." The words die in your throat, you realize you aren't quite sure what to call Vil exactly. Friend sounds presumptuous, acquaintance sounds rude, and he is certainly not your anything let alone Housewarden. "The person who invited me." It sounds lame, but it settles you enough to let you stand without feeling dizzy. "I wanted to say thank you." The man in front of you smiles hand coming up to his face as if he is trying to hold back laughter.

"I don't think the Headmage needs anymore of an ego boost. Besides, isn't it a bit too early to be looking for someone you know?" You bite your tongue to keep from digging yourself into a hole, of course this stranger thinks Crowley invited you like he technically invited everyone else. And it would sound like you were a crazed fan if you admitted you were looking for Vil now, no one was as unaware of his fame as you were.

"I- I guess." You swallow your nerves and prepare to excuse yourself.

"Are you alright?" His voice is so beautiful, his concern doesn't sound fake at all as he guides you out onto the balcony and politely looks to the side when you take off your mask to breathe in the fresh air and steady yourself.

"Sorry." You have no idea what you are apologizing for.

"There's no need to apologize. You were invited, you belong here." He says it so forcefully you really want to believe him. "When people make you feel out of place, when they do things you don't like you have every right to let them know and demand an apology."

"Hah." You let out a sharp breath, turning to face your new friend with a rueful smile. He reaches behind his head to undo the straps of his mask as you continue to speak. "That sounds nice but you have no idea who I would start talking back to-" The mask falls and you stop dead, Vil's gaze just as intense as when he caught Ace, Grim, and Deuce but this time solely aimed at you.

"Why are you stopping?" He does not close the distance between you, no matter how much Vil might want to erase it he knows the first step cannot be his. "My advice isn't going to change just because you want to scold me. If anything I encourage it, true beauty cannot be achieved without feedback."

"You scare me." You admit.

"I am aware."

"I think you hate me." You take a hesitant step forward.

"I did not expect you to make me happy." He meets you in the middle, gently taking your hand and placing it just over his heart. "But you have been an unceasing source of joy from the moment I first properly spoke to you. If I have ever done anything to tarnish your happiness... no I know I have. I have made you feel small and alone and that is never a way a want you to feel." Vil is surprisingly strong, and his heart is beating faster with each word he says despite the perfectly collected look on his face. "If there is something I can do to apologize..."

"You could dance with me." The request is still much too timid, but a palace is not built overnight.

"As you wish."

Jade

Poor tiny Yuu, all lost, alone, and confused in the middle of a sea of people. They're searching for a needle fish in an unforgiving ocean, very much aware that they are running out of time. There is fear in their actions is so palpable and fragrant he stops to take a deep, shuddering breath and tastes it, rolling it around on his tongue savoring the imagined flavor.

Jade has you right where he wants you, all he has to do now is strike.

You are annoyed. Aggravated, slightly distressed maybe but you don't want to succumb to panic. Jade had slipped a handwritten invitation to the Masquerade under your door (that was completely unnecessary as Crowley had announced that everyone was invited) you had chosen to interpret as a threat. Confronting the bastard had only gotten you some fake sniffles and an insistence he would never ever hurt you.

"I am not accusing you of hurting me." You say blank look firm upon your face. "I am stating you threatened me." Jade has the audacity to quiver his lower lip.

"We have a one drink minimum here at the Mostro Lounge." His voice certainly wavers but sometimes you wonder if Jade has ever actually been afraid before, because the shit he is trying to pull right now really doesn't make it sound like he has. "Please at least order something, I would hate to lose my job."

And now the motherfucker is nowhere to be seen. You have got to look like an idiot, a well dressed dinosaur stomping around the jungle in a way all the other dinosaurs find annoying. Not that you can tell, everyone is wearing mask yourself included. The only way you would have of knowing who was who would be if you had somehow coordinated costumes, or checked with Crewel to see what someone was assigned. Which you did not do, but Jade very likely probably-

"Oh I am so sorry, are you alright?" Someone has walked into your thoughts and directly over your person, sending you both crashing to the floor. He recovers much more quickly than you do, reaching to help but pausing just before he touches you.

"I'm alright." You don't sound quite like you are, but you don't shy away from his touch as he helps you to your feet. It's hard to get a good read on the man in front of you, the mask he wears covers his entire face, including his mouth and his costume is billowy with a cape you swear could hide you both. As if sensing your thoughts he makes sure to flourish it as he brings you up to your feet. It's cute, you really wish you could see the way he looks.

"Would you like to dance?" He asks, not immediately letting go of you after he sets you upright. "It would be a waste to spend an entire evening so lost in your thoughts." You pause, considering your options, considering your partner. Jade is a neat dresser, this man is certainly neatly dressed, but he has a decidedly Rook like hat on, complete with some truly monstrous feathers, that's obscuring his true height. You also have a distinct answer that you are being watched and that this question as a wrong answer.

"Yes." You take his hand to his surprise, dragging him not to the center but off to a secluded corner of the ballroom where the music is still loud enough to hear but quiet enough that you can talk. Not that your partner seems to intend to do that, he holds you with a strange degree of gentleness guiding you through the steps of a much more formal sort of dance than you had ever done before.

"You seem quite frightened." The man finally says as the music begins to slow. "I do hope that wasn't because of me, I am only here to help after all."

"Motherfucker." You try to step on his toes and he laughs, taking control of the dance by tightening his grip on your arms and spinning you behind one of the lengthy curtains to press you up against the window.

"Later." is all he says as he ditches his mask, letting it fall who knows where as he pulls you into a deep heated kiss, intent on robbing you of as much air as he has sanity. He bites down on your lower lip as he leaves, sucking it until it swells and letting you up for air as he tightens his embrace. "You can yell and be angry at me for as long as you like later, but for now-" He presses another quick kiss to your lips "argue with me in a different way, hmm?"

(Yuu will be named Yuri, as she's my Yuusona. While there will be no detailed description of her body, Yuri is intersex and may be referred to as such by the cast, although she refers to herself as a woman. All characters will be aged up by one year! The exceptions are all adult characters without specified ages, immortals, and Leona. There will be no sex scenes, but there will be some jokes and also the implication of the expectation with the consorts.)

People are annoying. Especially when they’re convinced they know what’s good for you. I mean, I’m the emperor! You know, cool, powerful, not supposed to have a babysitter over your shoulder explaining who’s planning on entering your life because the bird decided it would be better to go behind your back and give you consorts than just saying they thought you were going to die alone and guilt trip you as a normal guardian would. But here I am, trying not to use my ‘plotting face’ as Crewel calls it, listening to him blabber on and on and on… 

Bla bla bla, “The prince of the Coral Sea and the son of a countess-” Ramble, ramble, “The second prince from the Sunset Savanna and a descendant of the Queen of Hearts still in the nobility-” Why does politics have to be so boring? “Three noble sons from the Shaftlands to compensate for their lack of princes- You’re not even listening to me. I don’t know why I bother…” 

“At least you’re self-aware.” 

“If only you were…” He sighed, “If you declare war,” Fun idea, “Please do it after all the consorts arrive. That way, we’ve got nobility from every country nearby and far to use as immunity from certain alliances.” 

“Like the Shaftlands and Queendom of Roses? They’re allied, right?” 

“Yes-” 

“See, I do pay plenty of attention when it’s important! I just don’t really care what the rumors around my future boytoys are if I’m going to meet them all soon anyway. I mean, it’s been… Five days since we got our Crowley news? At least five days, anyway.” It’s been six days, but seeing Crewel so flabbergasted at how I passed any exam well enough that the general populace didn’t overthrow me the moment I started ruling is the best part of my day. I mean, I don’t act like this around people, it’s no surprise I’m well-liked. 

Well, I’m fairly tolerated because Crewel’s really efficient, and Vargas tends to shut down any criticism before it starts. Perks of having the head of the royal guards built like a tank, I suppose. 

“It’s-” 

“Don’t care, anyway, the first batch is set to arrive today.” 

“Yes, the first two consorts. Prince Riddle Rosehearts of the Queendom of Roses and Prince Leona Kingscholar of the Sunset Savannah.” 

“Wasn’t it Lord Rosehearts, the son of the doctor and duchess, last I checked?” I sat up once he brought up the boys. “And then that Leona guy isn’t really a prince anymore.” Oo, theatrics time! Time to make my godfather hate me! I stood up, putting a hand to my chest. Grim grunted, and I sniffled. Crewel looks like he wants to kill a man. Perfect. “Do I really have not a single kingdom willing to give me a prince over a boy?” 

“Oh shut up, you’re at the age where all the leading princes are already engaged. Or, children. I’m sure no one wants to marry a five-year-old because I will make the offer if you’re so heartbroken over the lack of pampering.” He hissed. 

“Okay, I can deal with not real princes.” I plopped back down onto the armrest of my throne. “Just tell me if they want me to, like, visit them or if they’re pissy about this whole arrangement.” 

“Not as much as you, Pup. And you should visit them all, but only once everyone is here. I have a list for you of the order you should use.” When I raised an eyebrow, he continued. “It’s in terms of political power. You’ll start with Malleus Draconia-” The man who’s got horns so big they’re like elephant ears. Hornton, some might say. With such good fae senses, one might even say he could hear a Who. “-And you will end with the aforementioned Rosehearts boy.” Well, screw that. He shows up first and gets picked last? I might be a harlot whose only value lies in her kettle drums, but at the very least, I’m fair. 

Also, a gremlin according to everyone who’s known me since I was a child. But the people don’t need to know that. 

“Plotting face, Pup. What are you planning?” 

“Wonderful things.” He only sighed in response. 

“Don’t start a war, piss off anyone, or have a child before you’ve chosen who you want to lead your harem.” Okay, first and last are doable. Two out of three isn’t a bad score. 

“Yep, I can do that. So, the second guy that’s coming today? Mr. Used-To-Be-A-Prince. You want me to see him when?” 

“You’re not going to listen to me regardless.” 

“Good point. What time?” 

“The first will be here at quote ‘tea time’.” 

“Our tea time or the Queendom of Roses’ tea time?” 

“Queendom of Roses, most likely.” 

“Okay, five hours to prepare. Six o'clock, I can do that.” I get up, stretching my arms. “Call in Skully. I want to wear something nice.” 

“Don’t… Hit on them. In public.” Ouch, there goes plan C. How horrible, honestly. No one would believe me anyway, so there's no point in denying it. I ring the bell for Skully again, looking at Crewel as I do. 

“You should leave, he’s bringing me dress options.” 

“You should get a woman for a valet if you’re so worried about that. If not, I’m staying.” He groaned, and I’m sure I rolled my eyes to cause it. “You will learn about the people you will be staying with, and that is final, young lady!” 

“Young emperor, you mean…” 

“Do you think I care?” 

“No…” 

“Good. Now shut up and put those years of acting skills to the test, because I’ll be in hell before you tell foreign nobility to go kill themself again.” I was 13! How come Crewel has to remember everything?!

A few hours later, give or take my sanity, and I’m dressed up with a mildly endearing lunatic on one side raving about the beauty of a black dress instead of whatever shade of blue, if one could call this grayish color that, I’m wearing, while my other has a man in a suit with far too many pieces for the weather telling him that he’s stupid because red is a better color if we weren’t meeting some redhead and black would clash with the yellow of the second prince slated to come for today. 

Once I took my spot on my throne, I took a deep breath. Here we go… The booming voice of Vargas, as the man in question made his way into the entryway. Flanked by two guards and two attendants, one of each on either side, came the surprisingly short man with strawberry-flavored hair. My first suitor… 

“Please welcome, His Highness, Prince Riddle Rosehearts of the Queendom of Roses!” I already knew that, but cool. Introductions, are they really needed? Just shove him into the palace and I’ll hand over paperwork whenever I please. But a smile, I need to smile at him. Just smile, wave, and remember not to punch Crowley for looking so smug. He’s bowing, which means to introduce yourself… I hate having a mini Crewel in my head. 

“Welcome,” As expected, he looks uptight. His head is held a bit too high, and his back is a bit too straight. Someone born with just enough power to be a figurehead, not enough to have any to use for yourself… A tyrant in the making if I let him bloom, I’ll bet. But then again, he could be greedy enough to take that power at his first chance, with or without my permission. “I am the monarch of this fine empire. Raise your head, for we welcome you into our palace. There should already be servants escorting your bags into your estate.” 

“Thank you, your majesty.” Nailed the line. He bows and looks just as formal as always. Anyway, onto his entourage. The first redhead is trying to look subtle while he’s taking photos, the second is trying to restrain a yawn, the bluenette guard looks to be barely restraining punching the second ginger, and the man with green hair is ignoring them. I can see Riddle’s eye twitch ever so slightly… How cute. I’m going to push his buttons to hell and back. 

“Tell me, dear,” Oh my seven, that made the twitching worse, and he’s bright red, “What are the names of your companions?” 

“My valet is Trey Clover. My servant is Cater Diamond. My two knights are Ace Trappolla and Duece Spade.” Pretty good names, if you look past the theme. What, did he rank them based on how likely he was to hit them? I’m going to love him, I can just tell. I’ve got a little rosy tyrant over here, I can bully him a little bit. “Is there any reason you wish to know, Your Highness? Have they broken any kind of rule?” 

“Oh heavens, no. I simply like to know the names of those I assume I’ll be interacting with often.” I wave a hand lightly, the court equivalent of dramatic gasps and shoving a topic out of the room. I guess I was right, with the talk of rules he really must be a stick in the mud. “Although, I must ask if your knights would like to train with my own. We have the training ground for the imperial knights, as well as the nearby knight academy’s fields if you would prefer it.” I respond eloquently. He bows again, 

“Thank you, Your Highness. I shall take you up on that offer.” 

“Yuri is fine, dear.” Dear Seven, this boy is entertaining. I shoot Crewel a look, he didn’t tell me about all of the fun that would come from more than just watching, and he gives me one back that makes it seem like he’s seconds away from screaming swears in my general direction. Perfect! The world is as it should be! 

“Very well, Empress Yuri.” A subtle admission, I see. The Queen’s the one in power in the Queendom, obviously, but that isn’t the case here. He’s changed his clothes to match my land, and it’s obvious that he can read the various tapestries around the throne room’s inscription. He should know that an empress is a title reserved for the weaker monarch, and it’s no secret that I’m not a biological woman. Either this is a slip of the tongue in common, or this is an attempt to state that he has his own views of my rule. But he used empress, not queen. He didn’t go back to old habits, he must have referred it to me in his head before ever meeting me. But that begs the question, does he believe I fit the title of power that he used in his home, or does he believe he should be the one on the throne? 

“Just Yuri. I hope you are aware it’s in no way improper. I will allow all of my consorts to use my name.” He raises his head, “But you may address me with whichever name you have used today or as my title of emperor.” If he believes that I’m doing anything but asserting my power, then he’ll be a fool. But from the way his eyes crackle and his face flushes a red that I believe is anger, he is nothing but driven to succeed here. 

“Very well, Empress Yuri.” He meets my eyes, and I’m sure my smile is more of a smirk. 

“Of course. You are dismissed.” What a wonderful first addition. When he turns to exit, there’s nothing I’m more sure of. The greenette, Trey, seems mildly concerned, while Cater looks nothing but distracted by the appearance of my palace. The two knights are exchanging looks, one much more apprehensive than the other, judging from the crease in his brow and the redhead’s wide and crooked smile. I sure hope to see them, maybe tomorrow morning. I could join Vargas for training, he somehow always manages to make physical activity more fun. 

Oh well, the next guy should be coming in any minute now. At the latest, nine at night. I’m going to be busy tonight…

“What do you mean, he’s not coming?!” I cried, looking at the official elected to talk to me. It was Trein, who had Mozus in his arms looking more disappointed than I was pissed. 

“He’s decided that he’d rather go to bed in his palace than greet you. He invites you to do so in the morning.” I raise an eyebrow. Trein sighed, “His valet and head servant invite you to come visit him in the morning.” 

I will not stand for this! Really, not coming to see me? I’m emperor and empress AND the single most important person who could change his entire life with a wave of my hand. 

“I’m going to go see him.” I got up, Grim following behind me, roaring with mild annoyance. He soon walked ahead of me, the only person who ever did so now that I was an adult, looking behind at me as if to ask if this man was worth it. Yes, Grim, he is because I said so. Also, how am I supposed to have fun watching my consorts destroy each other if I don’t know them? That’s half the fun! 

I’m strutting through the hallways to my little lionman’s estate. One knock on the front doors of his palace brings out a knight. He has white hair, wolf ears, and a tail. Judging by how it’s wagging despite the serious look on his face, he’s a big dopey puppy at heart. But now is not the time for my favoritism towards anything fluffy! Now is the time for entering but not breaking! But I will break in if I have to! 

“Hello there. I am emperor Yuri Akatsuki. I am here to see my consort.” Don’t ramble, just look into his eyes, and glare! Okay, he’s bowed, that’s a good sign. But he’s still blocking my way in.

“I apologize, Your Majesty, but I must insist you wait until the morning. The Prince Consort Leona is weary from the journey to the empire.” 

“The Sunset Savanna is a far journey away, but it is equal distance from the Queendom of Roses. Am I to believe the former second prince from a country known for its strength is more tired from travel than the son of a branch family?” I ask, my tone conveying a sense of disapproval. My eyes narrow, the ashen blue gazing into his golden brown ones. If I need to play into our statuses to get what I want, I will. 

He moves aside, and I saunter in. 

Oh thank the seven, I thought I’d have to be there for longer. I am weak, I say, weak! I just want to have a good time watching his prince burn, why won’t the world let me?! 

“Prince Consort Leona,” I state, walking in and standing in the doorway. There’s a man not facing me, with seemingly tan skin and dark brown hair. He grumbles and the other man, likely his valet, laughs from where he stands beside him with a plate of meat. Oh, I’m so hungry… I wish I had steak to chow down on, and no dress to be ruined by it. “I heard that you were sleeping. Interesting to know that that assessment was false.” 

“I’m tired. I would like to sleep, and I would be if not for my servants. And now, if not for you.” He groans, taking a bite from the hyena man. About the age of the other consort, that man is very thin and his hair looks as though it was trimmed personally. Lion Boy has a record of taking pity on those living in the slums, and it seems that’s accurate. Still, he should have at least given the man a proper hairdresser and more meals. At least don’t push away good food in front of him. 

“Very well. Shall I take this as your greeting, then?” I hum lightly, “Although I will say, not giving me his name and saying something that should catch my attention more to deflect from the blame you placed on a servant…” Checkmate. Only I get to be a manipulative jerk in my house. He doesn’t look that surprised, but he does tense slightly. Good. “So, what is his name?” 

“Ruggie. Why do you care?” 

“Why do you care to protect him?” He sits up, his torso turning to look at me as his face continues to hang. An air of sloth is around him as he huffs and growls. 

“Answering a question with a question.” 

“Well aware. Good to know you’re grasp of our language.” I smile at him. He looks ready to murder me. Perfect! Drama already! Ruggie’s laughing. I wish I could join him, but ‘prissy princess’ doesn’t seem to be what’ll set him off. I mean, ‘someone able to match him in intellect’ is working out fine for me. 

He doesn’t give me a response, though, so I think I’ve reached the limit of my fun today. I turn around, as Grim shakes his mane and grunts. Trein moves to be behind me once more, as I wave a noncommittal hand in Lion Boy’s general direction. 

“It’s rude to let food go to waste right next to someone who didn’t have enough at one point. At least give it to him if you don’t plan on eating.” An important lesson, spoken as condescendingly as I one can sound. I’m a master at controlling the tone of my voice, kid, move aside. 

Based on the aggravated growl before I hear someone hit a wall, I’ve succeeded in my goals. Woo-hoo! Cake to celebrate! The Pastry Policy can’t stop me tonight!

There’s a spring in my step as I return to the palace. Well, my palace, more accurately. This is just a big palace with a million smaller, still ginormous, palaces inside. But I’m going to the palace I sleep in. Seven, it’s annoying to say ‘palace’ so many times in a row. Like a bad tongue twister. 

Well, it’s true, anyway. Sleepy time now. I pop onto my bed, being embraced by layers upon layers of fine red silk and gold trimming. Most of them were brought from a merchant from the Scalding Sands, one that might be coming in the coming days. Well, I know a rich boy from the Scalding Sands is coming soon, I just don’t know if it's that rich boy. Crewel knows better than I do, but I don’t care enough to ask. So long as I’m entertained and comfy, I’m happy. 

I sigh as I feel a very large, very furry body plop on top of me. 

“Griiiiiiim…” I whine. He yawns in response. “Get offffff…” He does not. I pout and bury my face into the blankets. I rub his paw, big toe beans and all, and watch him lick my arm. Big kitty, big kitty… 

“Ou next prince is coming from… the Coral Sea? I think. A prince- An actual prince, for some reason. Almost no ruler is dumb enough to send their current royal family members, even if he’s the youngest- And the son of a countess.” I poke the pad of his paw, “Weird. A noble with a status too low to normally be considered for a political marriage. Maybe Princey was their way of making up for it? But at that point, send me one of the sons of that one duke. He’s got twins, doesn’t he? They can afford to send one away, especially since all of the nobles there are relatively young. I had to sign their 5th-anniversary card when I first became crown princess.” I hum, “Maybe because they’re not royal blood? But I remember hearing that one princess, like, three generations ago or something chose to marry a commoner. Lost her title and stuff. Ended up getting the title of countess or baroness or something due to some blackmail against her brother or his kids. Her kids might have kept the title… And at this point, I’d think those nobles would be the most likely to have their blood.” I let out a breath, “Assuming that it holds true to that old storybook. I used to read it to you when you were a little, itty-bitty kitty. Mom used to make me interested in politics using it, too. You know the one, Grimmy?” He wacks my leg with his tail. “Duled noted. You biiiiigggg baaaaabbbbyyyy…” 

I place a kiss on his arm. Leg? He walks with them… Honestly, though, who cares? I can ramble about books and suitors to my cat in the morning. Sleep time! Rest time! Don’t face the world because it’s got nothing worth giving me except fleeting moments of happiness time! 

Honestly, that’s a weird tone that I’m using for that sentence, even in my thoughts. And that’s an even odder thought to have right before I conk out.

(I love adding double meanings to sentences that no one else will care about… This was really fun to write! Yuri’s main thing she’s good at is reading people and knowing what they need to feel a certain way. In other words, manipulation. In every other thing I’ve written for her as an adult/teen, it’s to make other people feel loved so that way they’ll love her, or at least not critique her. In this AU, she’s on top of the world and her empire so her only goal is to cause as much entertainment as she can without ruining her reputation. Writing that with Leona is especially interesting… They match each other's freak in some ways. Although, it can be pretty hard to do since establishing that they understand each other while stating Yuri’s thoughts on the matter leads to the basic literary advice of “show, don’t tell” being difficult to follow. It’ll get better once we’re done with exposition or Yuri falls for the bait, I promise.)

I could piss and moan for a long time and I've wanted to but for now let me just say that in terms of my own personal engagement with this game, I am so fed up and frustrated with it. It's format or whatever the fuck it's called is just not for me. It's killing my buzz and taking the enjoyment out of it. :/

I would need to pull 300 times if I want to redeem both Halloween Cater and Halloween Vil, both cards I really reeeeeeeeeeeeealllllly wanted. And LMFAOOOOOOO that's not going to happen. I can't even do 150 for just one of them. I wonder how many hundreds of dollars (lbr) that'd be to pull on nothing but paid gems. Which is ridiculous.... I'm dumb and don't math well so I don't feel like trying to figure it out.

I laughed when I saw the What's Coming at the end of Dec. I knew that shit was going to happen and all his cards were more or less going to bunch up in a short amount of time. Two in one month, oof. They love doing that, greedy af. After yet another banner with garbage-ass pulls there's no way I can pull on his dorm uniform, so that's great. I'm actually really pretty fucking salty about it. I've amassed enough cosmic shit to fully level up three ssr cosmic spells and have enough perfumes to uncap him 3 times, but alas. I was wrong a few months ago and still no Tamashina-Mina event but I don't see how they can keep delaying it and at this point I'm going to assume I need 200 pulls again to get Leona's card, so yeah. After that I'm going to be left with peanuts. Fun. The anni banner is apparently giving out 30 free pulls but I'm not excited about it. Anytime they've given out free pulls I've gotten nothing but crap so I don't expect any luck there whatsoever.

Completely unrelated but it's so annoying how everyone just assumes you use other sites, or I guess people mostly think of the internet as endless apps now. That's weird to me, it used to just be websites but now every goddamn site has an app and that's what people primarily use. But yeah, people will just link to shit on other sites for everything and that's useless to me. I can't see it or engage with it because I don't and won't (I outright refuse) to get accounts there. I get why they do it, the vast majority of people have no problem signing up and using these places so I'm the odd one out. It's literally what everyone uses, even pretty much all the official sources for anything and everything ever so I miss out on a lot.

Oh, a few days ago now when I opened up two separate tabs, tumblr's layout briefly (and I mean briefly) went back the original design it used to have. I got excited and thought that in addition to getting rid of live they had gotten rid of the cluttered mess it is now. Wonder what that was about......

1. honestly i dont think laurence wouldve made it to the end of the series. i think that if they didnt write him out, he wouldve died protecting aphmau in some way. or the opposite, i could see them trying to turn him full villian and make him snap under the pressure and try to hurt someone and get killed in the process

2. i... honestly dont know. i would LIKE to say so because itd be very, VERY interesting and would open up a ton of questions and a lot of lore exploration. but leona being a werewolf throws me off so i couldnt tell you

3. i think irene was human. i think she was a good person doing bad things and but i dont think she was justified, necessarily

5. i think they were humans who had powers who slowly morphed into gods. i think itd be very interesting if they slowly lost their humanity as they succumbed to their divinity

9. i think it was the shittiest of shit ideas to ever come out of a brainhole. i think it wouldve been cool to see some things from mcd (like the tu'la region, elves *cough zoey*, and more magic stuff aside from lucinda) without turning into a high fantasy medieval rp. keep the universe seperate and acknowledge the other

13. am i basic if say i wanted to see the love triangle play out and aphmau actually choose between garroth or laurence instead of making them throw an incel tantrum over feeling entitled over a woman who is more than capable of making her own fucking decison.

15. tense is the only word to describe garroth and zanes relationship. an eldest brother given a kingdom he doesnt want paired with a younger brother that wants so desperately to appease the whims of his father. and vylad and zane i feel like they dont have a relationship at all

the brothers were all very close growing up. however zane and garroth grew distant for the reason above. however they both kept a close relationship with vylad and vylads "death" was the straw that broke the camels back with their relationship

16. i think garte slowly depreciating over time and thats why he grew cruel and cold and violent. he was expanding so his sons could have the best opportunities (or to find a cure? idk) and he dies alone because his coldness made everyone turn away (or die in zanes case)

18. theyre so... eye twitchingly annoying. ESPECIALLY travis and garroth's. garroth went from a smart, loyal, quiet guard with a bit of a goofy side to a bumbling dumbfuck who breaks doors (large simplification. i dont hate mystreet garroth hes a silly, silly guy but still) and TRAVIS OH MY LORD TRAVIS. he went from a standoffish person who awkwardly flirts because he doesnt know how to talk to people to a disgusting womanizer in the highest degree

20. as much i would love a continuation of the main series, ive made peace with the death of it. and the rewrites are much better than the main series. it holds a special place in my heart but you cant write over a page already filled with ink

Azul found you strange.

You were emotionless, stoic, seemingly no interest in anything whatsoever, he finds it quite ironic you became the school's nurse.

Azul, like the two other dorm leaders above, simply didn't think much or care either.

You didn't really benefit him in anyway,

and at that, you didn't look interested in anything, so he doesn't even try to persuade you to cut a deal with you.

And you're facial expression somewhat triggered his insecurities, as if you're simply not interested in him, or that you despise him, and maybe even mocking him.

None was the case for you.

But you followed him often, which he find it a little creepy and very weird.

He politely and calmly ask why you're following him, albeit stuttered sometimes as you intimidated him just a tiny bit.

You simply responded with "because you wanted to."

...okay- He simply just doesn't ask you afterwards.

When you greet him randomly and ask if he's hurt anywhere, only for Azul to awkwardly greet you back, as he states he isn't most of the time, or just say yes and say he'll be fine.

After his overblot events, he opens his eyes to see a blur of you,

regaining full eyesight to see you. He almost choked.

"Are you okay?"

"W-what happened..?"

You held out a spoon that had a pea flower blue paste.

"Eat."

Riddle would probably want a partner who does well in school - at least someone who tries to! It would go against his own desires to do well in life if he has a partner who doesn’t have the drive to succeed like he does.

He isn’t particularly fond of people who have a lot of potential yet waste it on being lazy. Like I said before, it goes against his own morals.

I also see him wanting someone fun-loving! Riddle grew up in an environment where fun was essentially taboo so he would be drawn like a moth to a flame to someone who has so much energy in them. Remember one of his best childhood friends is Che’nya so he would probably not hate the idea of joking around and being silly once in a while!

Someone who would love sweets like him! Not too often so he could maintain his shape, but someone who would love to indulge him once in a while!

Riddle would love to see an S/O who makes time for him and the unbirthday parties that Heartslabyul hosts! He feels like a good dorm leader and seeing you make an effort to come makes him feel like a great boyfriend too!

“Ah, Y/N, I was afraid you wouldn’t be able to make it today.” Riddle sighed to himself in relief. He feared his rose would come to the party late. “Ah, sorry Riddle! Someone who loves to nap with him like all the time

Leona would definitely want someone who is willing to praise him a lot. Growing up he never really had that and felt like he was overshadowed by his big brother, so this guy needs validation like crazy. Tell him how strong he is, how much you love him, how warm he is… he’ll scoff and look away but you could see the faintest blush on his cheeks. He secretly loves it.

I feel like Leona would like bratty tsunderes, for some reason. He would be the perfect teasing type for them and I think I can just picture Leona and his S/O getting into play fights that lead to something more, if you catch my drift.

Someone who can be “refined” enough for show so that when he brings you home to his family, they can accept you fully. The last thing he wants is his family pestering him about how his potential mate isn’t a good fit.

As tough as he may be he def wants someone at the end of the day to stroke his head and calm him down after a long and stressful day.

“Oi, herbivore, come here and be my pillow.” Leona’s gruff voice broke the silence of his room. He was sitting up on his bed while you studied on his desk. Giggling, you made your way into his bed, crawling over to where he was. Leona pushed your torso down gently and started nuzzling his head on your chest, and you could feel the vibrations coming from his body that was like a low growl. Or was it purring?

“Of course, anything for my big strong boyfriend, the best Magift player in the school, my one and only love~” you endlessly praised him, smiling at him as if he were a rare diamond. Leona only huffed as he wrapped his muscular arms around your form, effectively preventing you from leaving.

Azul would ALSO want someone who praises him, due to his years of being bullied. Call him beautiful, smart, tell him he’s the most cunning man on campus. He EATS IT UP. This man will swear on his life for you.

He also would want someone who has the ability to work hard… what? The Mostro Lounge needs extra workers sometimes! Azul thinks that if he can own the lounge, manage contracts, AND study hard for school, his S/O should be able to match him!

You know, if you keep doing this you’ll get wrinkles, right?”

“Ahem! Well. Then, this might be a good place to stop if that’s the case…” Azul huffed, standing up quickly to retire to his room, you in tow.

Kalim Al-Asim

Kalim wants someone who is cheerful! They may not be a ray of sunshine like he is, but I honestly can’t picture him with someone smug/gloomy. Kalim might be dense but he isn’t THAT stupid. I think he would be able to notice if you were upset which makes him upset.

Someone who is down for anything, Kalim would love to take you on a ride on his magic carpet at random hours of the day so be prepared to drop whatever you’re doing if you want to appease your impulsive boyfriend!

A fun loving person for sure, who isn’t super self conscious about what people think. If he asks you to dance with him he would really love for you to join! He wouldn’t want you to say something like, “oh, but I’m a bad dancer…” Kalim would shake his head and ask you why you would say that! It’s all about having a fun time together, right?

A patient lover is what Kalim would want as well, someone who’s kind, too. At the end of the day when Kalim is ready to sleep after his crazy antics, he wants a partner he can be able to lay next to and feel like himself.

Someone who can tough out his callous words and treatment. Vil might be a bit much, but the reason why he does this is because he does it with the goal of ultimately helping you. He only wants to see the best out of people, including but not limited to his little sweet potato!

Someone who is patient. He knows he checks who the most beautiful person is quite often and he doesn’t do it to annoy you, it’s just for his own personal validation issues. Lay a hand on his arm, back, or head to give him praises and let him know he’s beautiful to you no matter what.

Someone who is willing to pepper him lightly with kisses (not the face though, he has makeup on!). He definitely eats it up and loves it so much, he feels like you are treating him like a king. He’ll pay that back tenfold and give you beauty treatments, it’ll feel like you’re at the spa on a weekday!

Vil is constantly posting on Magicam, depending on whether you’re comfortable enough to be posted on there he would want to make sure you are okay with him constantly taking photos to be posted on there. Whether it be food you cooked, matching couples outfits, or even pictures of you without makeup, be ready to face comments of all sorts coming from his fans.

“Mira Mira on my phone… Currently, who is the most beautiful of all?” You heard Vil speak outside of his room. Currently you sat on the small chaise at the foot of his bed. Vil told you he needed to step out for a second, so you could get ready for bed now. After putting on your sleeping clothes, Vil finally came back in, seeming more irritated than before. His eyebrows furrowed and his body looked tense.

“Vil, are you alright?” You questioned him as you made your way to his bed, slipping under the covers. Vil only sighed and exchange a quick “Mm.” as he changed into his pajamas and came to join you. He was turned so his back was facing you and he was a bit distant. You knew he didn’t get the answer he wanted when he got those search results back. You didn’t know how to convince your boyfriend otherwise but you decided you needed to talk to him.

Suddenly he pulled out a couple of VR headsets with hand controllers, and handed one to you. “Fuhehe, I just made a bunch of simulation locations. We could go to the park, a restaurant, even an amusement park..!” He grinned showing off his teeth.

You giggled at Idia’s enthusiasm, loving the way he gets after speaking about his own creations. “What a wonderful idea, Idia. Maybe we could take Ortho to the ‘amusement park’ too? We’ll be a big family.” You mused. Idia’s face brightened and a faint pink tinge covered his cheeks.

“F-family, huh? Ah, Y-Y/N-shi…. That would be n-nice…” Idia blushed as he considered what the future would bring for the both of you.

Malleus Draconia

Malleus would also mostly not have preferences on a person’s personality. Like, he wouldn’t say something like: “I want someone shy vs someone bold.” Anything his child of man does is interesting to him and he’s entranced by you!

That being said, Malleus would not tolerate rudeness, disrespect to him, Lilia, or his fellow dorm mates, etc. He may love you but he values those bonds more, especially Lilia’s and his grandmother’s.

Malleus wants someone who is willing to teach him human tendencies, since he is curious about them. Malleus will also probably never stop asking you about your life in the previous world, and listen passionately as you describe the hobbies you had, family members, etc.

As long as you continue to love and treat Malleus like a normal person and with kindness, he will continue to love you endlessly. He’s so unused to it that he will feel so special as you only coo in awe instead of fear away, if he showed you a magic trick or maybe donned more of his draconic features like his tail or long claws.

You walked with Malleus under the bright moonlight in the woods near Ramshackle dorm. His height and charm never failed to impress you. And his face, he was so very handsome. His striking green eyes always made you feel hypnotized and his horns were so well taken care of, you almost wanted to reach out and-

“Oh? Do I not intimidate you, my dear? Usually humans and even other fae fear my features and tend to shy away…” Malleus looked down in thought as he continued walking. You wrapped yourself around one of his arms as he walked, effectively stopping him in his place. “Well, you don’t intimidate me! I like being around you, so, let’s keep it that way. I want to stay with you for a long time so don’t get too tired of me okay, Malleus?”

Hearing you say his given name only made the fae’s heart beat harder in his chest. Surely you knew what you did to him. He smiled down at you, green eyes softening in your gaze.

She definitely would kick the ass of pretty much most of the dorm leader and the other characters in general.

How she would react being in NRC?

Oh great! Another place to start a cult spread Atua's word!

She would be pretty chill most of the time and would try to convert as many people as possible in Atua's religion.

It won't take a while for her be seeing as a wise figure or something, after all no one can prove otherwise that she isn't talking directly to Atua.

I'm pretty sure Deuce, Kalim, Rook and Sebek would join her cult.

And maybe Riddle if she uses her almost unhuman ability to touch someone's weak point.

I feel like that after stoping an Overblot, she would try to reassuring them that ''Atua has saved us once again! Praise be to our handsome God! Nya-hahahaha!" (even If actually the reason they stopped the Overblot was because the boys beat the shit out of the overblotted one)

I believe Kalim. He is pretty naive and probably would listen and believe to everything Angie has to say

She would straight up start whining and demanding to return back home. ''I don't want to stay at a school full of ugly idiots!''

Boy, she would be such a pain the ass for most of the characters. I even ask myself if she would make it out alive due to her heavy teasing and bully behavior

How she would react being in NRC?

Oh my! What an awful but interesting happening! I believe Celestia would be pretty amused by the situation, as she dreams about reaching royalty and NRC do has some princes/important people

In episode 3 who needs Leona or the idiot trio? She would easily trick Azul through her manipulation and acting. But actually if Azul comes with a deal where she can get benefits from letting the students being their slaves, I believe she may leave Ace, Deuce and Grim hanging-

Would go straight feral to Crowley once she takes a look at Ramshackle Dorm. ''Pardon moi? Just WHO do you think I am to let me stay in such a DISGUSTING place?!'

I guess different from the girls above, I don't believe she would follow the main story plot completely, especially because she is more focused to achieve her dream instead of finding a way back home/ solving overblots. (TWST would really become an otome game if Celestia was the protagonist and no, you can't deny that)

Mostly she would only help people if she gets benefits to it (yeah, with that mindset she would warm up pretty quickly to the NRC environment)

Also I feel like she would pretend to be friends with Adeuce but the first opportunity she gets to meet important people, she would let them go (she is going to have character development I promise !)

I know there is like fanart out there of dorm heads as among us characters and that also inspired me to write this! 

Sorry for not severing up any orders yesterday, like I said things just been going downhill for me right now! 

After playing a few rounds this dorm would develop trust issues with each other 

Out of everyone Trey is best at being imposter

Everyone trusts the Vice dorm head right? 

And Trey would take that to full advantage 

Deuce is possibly the worst when it comes to being an imposter 

He would try to lie but everyone would see right through his lies 

Ace would totally point blame at a crewmate and get them voted off 

Riddle is just confused, he never played video games before and Among us is a nice simple game to play with the Dorm

At least that’s what riddle thought 

Riddle is sus of everyone

He's that guy that goes “idk man he’s kind of sus” 

Cater is someone who takes a little to long to do task but great at doing vent murders 

Almost everyone round they are yelling over each other and not a single coherent sentence

Jack is probably the best at being detective 

Sometimes Jack would stalk people to make sure their doing their task and not faking it

Ruggie is best in Savanaclaw at being imposter 

He’s really sneaky and really good at vent kills

It’s crazy how good Ruggie is, every time he’s imposter he wins the game 

After some rounds of Among Us there is probably a fist fight going on in Savanaclaw over the game 

“I think leona is the imposter”

“I mean you were the last one out of spawn, and the body was found in spawn”

“You do know there is a task right outside spawn right?”

There really isn’t any yelling involve unless there are some hard accusations 

Then it’s whoever is that loudest 

When they start to yell over each other most people would have to turn down their volume or take their headphones off since their ears would hurt over how loud it was. 

Most of the time if the next room is playing Among us you can definiatly hear it 

So much threatening to hurt people just so much

This dorm is crazy good at getting imposters out 

Imposters can not win a single game in this dorm

Azul just knows who it is just from the first kill 

He would talk so much that it would eventually convince everyone to vote out the imposter

Azul is also the best at being imposter, he would do the same strat he does to get out the imposter

Everyone would believe him because he’s just that good at talking his way out of sticky situations

Jade is normally on the cameras seeing if anyone would commit a murder

When someone those kill in front of cams, he would pressure the imposter to come out 

And they always confess, Jade has a threatening voice that would even make Azul confess to being an imposter

Floyd is probably the worst at playing Among Us 

He probably gets vented out first because he couldn’t defend himself 

After some rounds he may be annoyed but when he gets imposter

Oh boy it’s genocide 

If Floyd and Jade are imposter they would win 

The only duo that can make the imposter wins

Mass genocide, they would double kill everyone 

And their master plan is to kill Azul first since he’s most likely the only one who can get both of them out 

If Floyd and Azul are imposters they would be arguing and throwing each other under the bus over everything 

If Jade and Azul are imposters they would be so manipulative and change the narrative so they would be clear

This dorm would definitely learn how to be manipulative after playing Among Us

Kalim is the worst at playing Imposter, he would lie right out of his teeth and everyone can see right through it 

Kalim may be bad at being imposter but he’s really good at being crewmate 

Jamil is really good at being imposter

I mean he manipulated his whole dorm into believing that he would save his dorm 

Jamil is super good at vent kills 

He would kill and slip in right before someone walks in

Trust issues was already there at first but now trust issues are high 

Jamil wants to do genocide but Kalim and the rest are like 

“Oh yeah we’re just doing tasks that’s all” 

“So Jamils the imposter?” 

They may be bad at being imposter but their super lucky on voting out the imposters 

“Hey so Jamil is acting kind of sus right now”

“Why am I being sus?” 

“Idk man you looked like you faked a task”

Jamil was An Imposter (1 imposter remaining)

If Jamil and Kalim are imposters, Kalim would be the nice imposters who would barely kill anyone, while Jamil is out on a killing spree

If there’s one thing Kalim is good at it’s convincing people that Jamil is good person 

And people would believe Kalim 

Because our dorm leader is so sweet and kind that he wouldn’t defend a killer right?

Well Kalim also got that little dark side in him (that one sprite if ya know what I mean)

Why would Pomefiore play such a weird game? 

Uhh apparently Epel and Rook 

Epel heard Ace and Deuce talking about it once and wanted to try it out 

He knew Vil wouldn’t allow him to play it so he asked Rook if he wanted to play with some other pomefiore students

Rook thought this would be a perfect opportunity for Epel to open up to Pomefiore

When playing the game Rook found it really interesting 

He may have slipped it up to Vil about the game 

Vil would roll his eyes because he has heard about it from the other dorm heads

Rook would invite Vil to play a round with them if he feels like it

Vil would at first say no but after watching Rook play a round of Imposter, Vil was intrigued 

This imposter role is very interesting to Vil

Once Vil does come to try out the game he is very hooked on the idea of all of this 

A chance for him to shine above everyone

If Rook and Vil area duo it’s over

Their going to win no matter what

Rook is always backing up Vil and everyone just believes him

If Epel and Rook are Duo it’s just Chaotic, Rook would just kill everyone and epel would just not know what to do

Out of the three Vil is probably the best at being imposter

Rook would never vote for Vil so everyone would pretty much just lose 

If the imposter was not Vil or Epel they would kill Rook first just so they can even the votes

As soon as the game is release, Idia was already playing it with some of his online friends 

When it started to get popular at NRC he started to get a little shy on playing the game since that means there’s a chance that he has to play a round with someone from another dorm 

Unless it’s with Octavinelle trio 

Then he’s fine with them 

When he plays a round where he is really confident he feels really bold and starts arguing with people 

Out of everyone Ortho is the best at being imposter

I mean he’s super cute

Why would he ever kill someone?

Well clearly that was a lie, he acts super innocent that in fact Idia wouldn’t even believe that Ortho was the imposter

Idia and Ortho is deadly duo 

Idia would go on a killing spree while Ortho would be distracting the rest of the crew 

If people are accusing Idia for being imposter Ortho would go full cute little brother 

That would make everyone feel guilty for ever thinking that Idia was an imposter

If people were accusing Ortho for being imposter, Idia would hard defend Ortho over everything 

Ortho really loves playing this game because that means he gets to spend time with his friend and his brother at the same time! 

Ignihyde probably has like 3 Among Us servers going on that is always so full

Ohhh boy this dorm is old but they really enjoy this game

But it is always split

Sebek being Sebek would defend Malleus up and down 

Not even Lilia can convince him that Malleus might be the imposter

“NO NO MALLEUS-SAMA WOULD NEVER”

Everyone has their volume really low because Sebek’s voice is so loud that at low volume it sounds like Sebek is arguing at a normal voice level 

Silver is probably AFK most of the round 

Lilia would always be taking his sweet time doing task

Sebek ABSOLUTELY hates the admin task (the card swiping one) he wants to get his task done so he could be by Mallues 

Malleus is just wandering around wondering how to do all the task, especially simon says 

If Sebek and Silver are a duo, they are really good imposter duo

They would vote Sebek out first since he has a loud mouth 

But since Silver is almost always AFK he can kill people that check if he’s still afk

Silver is best at playing imposter 

His afk tactic is always so smart 

Sebek is the worst at playing imposter 

All it takes is Malleus asking him if Sebek is the imposter and he would confess

Lilia and Malleus is probably the worst at playing imposter 

Since they are who knows how old, technology is really hard to control 

Especially trying to control the  WDSA keys 

Lilia would always love playing this game with everyone since he wants to know what the kids are up to these days

Vargas Camp part 2 (2/2)

The 2nd part of my reaction to the 2nd part of the story! Also tries to summarize the events of the story, but please take it with a grain of salt since I’m not fluent in Japanese. Previous part is here.

Alright, so we ended off with Ruggie having a plan for someone to run to get the headmaster, trying to convince the others of it, then Floyd proposing that they should defeat the shadow. He reasons that the shadow is too fast for anyone to try and escape it, so the only other option is to face it.

what the hell is this pose that I paused on fhgsgsldfs. Anyway, Sebek has a plan for attacking the shadow: if they lure it to the swamp, then maybe its legs will get slowed down or trapped by the mud. Floyd likes the plan, but Ruggie questions how they’ll get to the swamp. They can’t use anything like Jack’s unique magic since they don’t have their pens... wait! Ruggie realizes that they have the magic stones that they mined. By combining all the stones they have, they could cast a unique magic once without too much blot.

So, Ruggie makes a plan. He and Jack in wolf form will lead the shadow to the swamp in a roundabout way while Floyd and Sebek go on ahead to the swamp so they can launch a surprise attack. They huddle up to discuss further so we don’t get to hear cause they gotta build ~ suspense ~ I guess.

They’re all set now! Except for Floyd. He thinks the plan is lame. He wants something in return for cooperating (sasuga octavinelle). Ruggie offers to grant him one request... as long as it can be completed within 30 minutes. Floyd’s satisfied though, which is good cause something’s rustling in the bushes.

Oh shit What is that dmeon looking guy. he growl.

Alright, wolf form Jack time! HFSGHSLHGSDGLHSDHGSKHLG THE TALKING ANIMATION 

IT LOOKS SO UNNATURAL I’M LAUGHIGN SO HARD

alright alright back to the story. The shadow goes to chase Jack & Ruggie, leaving the other 2 guys alone. Jack runs through the forest to the swamp, where he turns back to normal. The shadow approaches them, but on Ruggie’s signal Sebek and eel form Floyd burst out to grab the monster and sink it into the swamp. However, with some really weird sound effects, the monster braces itself to remain in place with enough force to gouge the ground.

Ruggie suddenly uses “Laugh with Me” on the monster! He makes it walk forward into the swamp and it sinks.

hold on are you fucking serious THAT’S VARGAS! WAS THIS SHIT ALL A TEST? BRO RUGGIE HAD TO USE HIS UNIQUE MAGIC WITHOUT A PEN HE’S PROBABLY GOTTEN BLOT AND SHIT WHAT THE FUCK bro you seriously putting your students in danger like this for whatever the hell this is???? BRO the sound effects are super annoying too it’s almost as uncomfortable as the pokemon musharna’s cry

The guys can’t beat the Vargas monster and they’re tired from using magic. However, the sun comes up and they can now see that it’s Vargas.

fuck everything I did yesterday for april fools sir I hate you now.

They all go back to the campsite for Vargas to explain. Everyone is back there and safe. Jamil and Riddle explain that after they were snatched, they found themselves tied up by the ghosts in the middle of the forest. Vargas now explains that this was the final task for Vargas Camp. The people who went missing earlier were given “instructive guidance” (教育的指導) somewhere else in the forest because of trying to skip out and were supervised by the ghosts. Anyway, for the task, they cleared it good. Everyone claps and throws confetti for the final 4. There’s still lots of time left though? 

Hold on hold on Deuce was definitely not trying to skip out though. Did he get kidnapped by someone else? Anyway, with the tasks done, Vargas instructs them to clean up. Awww Silver just smiling at Sebek without saying anything is cute. People tell the final 4 to go rest while they do the cleaning. The final 4 meet up and Floyd questions Ruggie about his having to use his unique magic.

Jack and Sebek get worried about him getting blot, but it’s soon revealed that Ruggie had more magic stones hidden away that he didn’t tell them about because he wanted to sell them. Blah blah blah anyway Ace and Leona return. Leona gets his dropped necklace back from Ruggie, Floyd threatens to squeeze Ace for skipping out. Finally, everyone notices that Deuce still isn’t back and he wasn’t with Ace & Leona.

They consider telling Vargas, but Floyd thinks that they can find a lost kid on their own. The group mostly agrees, but Ruggie and Leona don’t want to go. However, Jack convinces Ruggie to go cause he might be able to pick up more magic stones in the mines to sell, then Leona goes too since he doesn’t want to deal with tents and clean up. 

So it’s the final four, Grim & MC, and Ace & Leona all in the mines now. They find a cauldron in the middle of their path... and they find Deuce! In the cauldron? He tells them to be quiet, but Sebek starts shouting at him. Something’s coming at them...

Uh what is Leona asking Ruggie to do? Why is he doing bunny hops with his hands behind his head? Oh it’s to reveal the magic stones in his pockets hfldlhfdfhds how many of those things did he squirrel away!? Alright time to fight.

Anyway, some more nonsense about Ruggie selling magic stones happens. Floyd cashes in his 1 request to make Ruggie go back to camp immediately instead of try to get more magic stones. The group returns to camp where Vargas has already met back up with Crowley. They inform the teachers about having to search for Deuce and the monster, but Vargas thinks it’s a lie, an excuse for being late. Anyway, they all meet back up with their clubs and there’s the end.

Which character do you relate to the most in TWST? Apparently I'm a Riddle kinnie since I have a major sweet tooth (and I love strawberries), plus I have quite the temper, oh and it's quite hard for me not to scream "OFF WITH YOUR HEAD" when pissed. I know ur not a Trey kinnie tho XD

Oh dear God, anon, you opened a can of worms. 😆 (And also thanks, I am not a Trey kinnie) I’ve thought about this for a long time, and I can say that the characters I relate to are, in ascending order, Leona, Vil, and Azul.

Frankly, Leona and Vil are around the same level because they have similar reasons as to why I relate to them: they work/ed hard so they can attain what they want but there’s something standing in the way. I’m not exactly the most hardworking person if I’ll be completely honest, but I know I can put in a lot of effort, especially when it’s with the things I want or have to do. But even when I’m proud of something, I tend to get a low grade on that something, and that’s how I relate to Leona in a sense. I also relate to him because I do have personal projects that I’d start on, only to not work on them anymore because I got lazy.

But frankly, between Vil and Leona, I’d say I relate more to Vil slightly. I do write for Twst, and sometimes I’d think to myself ‘hey I can write’, but I’d see my writer friends garnering a lot of notes and attention, even hitting top posts, and while I’m proud of them, I also feel a little shot down from envy. But I continue to write regardless because I enjoy it and I know I can still improve (though I haven’t written anything lately due to school...).

For Azul... for starters, we both can do mental math. We both play piano. When my server friends were doing EBG, I swear to God, I felt like I was an Azul because I was sniping people/almost sniping people with intent. Apparently, my friends say I am as level-headed as Azul 😂 I still don’t fully understand why, but I’ll take it. But there is a lot more than that.

I’ve never been bullied, maybe except for the occasional gossip. But I do realize that we have a lot of similarities. The reason why I started liking Azul was because of the scene where he panics in front of Leona when he had the contracts in 3-31. I’m not someone who easily cries, and it’s so rare for me to feel like crying when I read a book, watch a movie or show, or play a game. If I do feel like crying, it’s probably because I hold an emotional attachment to the character who’s probably suffering since that’s probably the best way to get me to cry while going through fictional media. But Azul... I almost cried thrice because of that scene. I wasn’t into Azul at all! In fact, I was so annoyed at him because he was always one step ahead of us and I wanted Yuu to beat him, but seeing him so frantic, so different from his usual self, broke my heart.

And it made me wonder why I felt so emotional during that scene because there had to be something I saw. And eventually, I realized: it’s because Azul always seemed so far away, but in that moment, when he’s brought down in that moment, I realized that we’re not so different after all.

Azul and I try to put up facades... well, we all do, so... Azul and I hate looking vulnerable, feeling vulnerable. Azul and I both hate crying because to us, it’s a sign of vulnerability. Azul and I don’t cry easily but we both have one thing that can easily break us down. And the past moments when we were at our lowest? Both of us don’t acknowledge it. We pretend that they never existed.

And I put Azul as the most relatable because this is something deeply personal to me. I felt like it was because of Azul that I can try to improve myself more. Call me an Azul kinnie if you’d like 🗿 but I won’t react, because it’s these similarities I share with Azul that helped me improve.
