* had an almost-breakdown in the street 3mins after leaving the psychiatrist's office bc they opted for 3 work-free days even though the man suggested a full week and they regretted it immediately after
#nothing important#I am having a fortnight for sure#I looked at my work calendar and this now is the longest I've worked actual 5/7 since going back to the office in november#but now I'm out of my holiday days to bandaid my mental health with here and there and boy am I feeling it
