#awakening lb#i guess it was always going to be the case that my little fe blog became a complaining about fe fandom blog. but#once again i have to say that fanon Lucina sucks and it's very sad that she's flanderised so spectacularly because canon Lucina is good!!#she's a really really really really good character!! she has a very well defined personality and set of values!!!!!#she's kind and thoughtful and serious and can't understand jokes and has horrible aesthetic taste and commits herself fully to action#she doesn't make decisions lightly but she always always carries them through.#she believes there is value in doing unspeakable things to spare others pain so long as she and only she has to bear the consequences#and her view of herself is that she's a cold ruthless pragmatist who's only option is to see her course of action through to the bitter end#while literally EVERYONE ELSE she speaks to adores her for her patience and her kindness and her resolve and the way she always puts others#but no go off about how she's Severa's two dimensional love interest. sure that's much better
