Oh my God I forgot I can. I can color my Artfight references with colored pencils. I've been stressing so fucking much about not having the spoons to do more digital art than I'm already doing right now but I can just. Use colored pencils on my sketches. I'm an idiot

#I've been using colored pencils for a little #and LOVING them i don't know why using them for Artfight references never occurred to me?#i don't really have that many colors right now but that's fine if i need to i can digitize them later when I'm not so stressed about it #holy shit. colored pencils my beloveds you are going to save me so much stress right now #I'm still gonna do digital art (hopefully especially during Artfight itself!!!)#but most of my desire to do it currently is stuck on animating Infinite Dungeon stuff and trying to force my brain to do refs isn't working #lmao. it took me until a week before Artfight to get this.#which is weird bc I've DONE references in marker and watercolor before!!!!! why did i not think this lmao????
