#spent an hour with a friend ive known for 12 years today who is dealing with what i am fairly sure it paranoid schizophrenia and#is according to his sibling completely unmedicated right now and i am getting genuinely very worried for him#and i have no idea what to do about it#cause i know his mom wont do shit to help him and he wont listen to his sibling (also my friend) who tried to help him#but its getting very bad clearly and i dont want anything to happen to him#he's had such a hard time already and is only driving people away right now#and it just sucks#but like you can abrely even talk to him its like he's only half there#what do you do to help someone who clearly feels like they do not want or need help#sucks man
