I sent the email to cancel the order for the paperclip link chain. I've had too bad of an experience with Jewlr, and I realise I would feel better if I had the money back rather than to continue to wait for the item. If in the future I look into getting a paperclip link chain, I will probably do so by my usual methods: saving up and going into a physical store. If that means it costs more but I have a good experience, I am willing to accept that.
