it says something really stupid about the academy that they still won't nominate an animated film for best picture but they will nominate barbie, which wasn't even good
#obviously i'm not talking about like boiler plate disney movies but like??? i truly cannot believe that boy and the heron wasn't nominated#i honestly understand why atsv wasn't nominated because it has much more visual merit than writing merit#but itsv should've been nommed over a star is born sowwy
