Being a lunter shipper and trying to discern if this certain Luz and Hunter content is shippy or not is like playing a game of dating or siblings
why is the fandom like this
#like untagged art art is so confusing#i go 'well it could be ship but I can't tell'#look if you don't tag it as ship then I won't#and sometimes i see posts that say 'SIBLINGS!' but the content itself is oddly romanitic#and i'm like 'huh????'#yeah like i get everyone has their own experiences and definitions of what siblings are#anyways you wouldn't catch me dead labeling them as siblings#i like both romantic and platonic lunter#but in my aroace hunter hc they're like good friends/platonic soulmates#text post#lunter#goldenluz#i wouldn't have this issue if fandom left them as just friends#like even in TOA jim and toby were never labeled as brothers by the fandom#so their relationship was left open to interpretation#sometimes i go check out the artist's art and I get even more confused#like one post i see is shippy and then 5 days later they make another post but it's siblings and i'm like '????????'#also the whole siblings argument that some antis say is just to mask their biphobia#cuz god forbid luz in a relationship with a guy /s
