:((( maladaptive daydreaming really came back full blast i absolutely hate it here (my brain)
#wasted almost two hours i should have been sleeping for so long why do my brain keeps doing this#my days are filled with naps; loosing hours to maladaptive daydreaming; dissociating#and i try to cope being conscious by either playing the rest of the day i have now wasted away with video games or show or yt or movies#i can barely function these days ive only realised that now this is pathetic#wishing i had reasons that could enter my brain so i could get a grip of myself#but im only being too broke away from relapsing. i think i honestly don't know how to get up anymore#like staying sober is so much harder with that big depression bitch coming back i hate this. at least drinking made it a bit easier#i hate it heeeere#tomtom_is_rambling#vent#i should actually use that app vent instead of being on here. im sorry.#gn
