so! some things about them! they are from what i call "the magnus files", they are the Field Research Department. usually they are the ones going out and investigating what happened on statements (Ben hates Jon bc "why are you putting your crew in danger we are HERE asshole", they are very eye eye violence), or just go to Spooky Places to see what's up. and then they do their reports. all very normal things ofc :)

Break and Midnight for Elayna?

break: What would cause your OC to break down completely? What do they look like when that happens? Has anyone ever seen them at their lowest?

Oooooohhhhhh. This is a good question? I know I have this happen several times, but now I'm completely blanking lmao but those are more about people she loves dying (hehehe). Elayna does have a lot of self hatred so like. I think if she feels all her fears and hatred of herself have been validated that'll make her breakdown. Also being cheated on is a huge one

Her breakdowns manifest in very intense anger. Usually she cries for a while, and then she gets incredibly angry. It does turn into cold, almost detached anger once she gets through her initial crying, wailing, and tearing things up stage. Very in the "you want me to be the villain? Fine. But you can't complain because you brought it on yourself"

Both Tyland and Cerelle have! Which, yes, it is quite delicious that the people who have seen her that way are Lannisters ehehehe. I imagine Lyanna (@writingbylee) and Abby (@emilykaldwen) have also seen it, but I think they've been able to navigate her away from going full on nuclear

midnight: What keeps your OC up at night? Do they have nightmares? Fears? Anxieties? What do they do in the small hours of the morning when they should be sleeping?

Literally so much keeps Elayna up at night. She's an anxious mess at the beginning of canon. She gets better but then she gets worse but just handles it better

Elayna has a lot of nightmares. Most of them center around the people she loves dying or them saying they never loved her/could never love her. Or just straight up saying she's manipulative and/or they were just using her

Which!!! Elayna's biggest fear is both being a manipulative piece of shit AND being manipulated without her knowledge. Elayna just... she wants her own free will. She doesn't want to be tamed or owned, she wants to be her own person. That's why in the TMA AU I have, Elayna is an Avatar of the Web. Please ask me about that I have so many gross ideas

If Elayna can't sleep, she likes to read or maybe draw. She also is very cuddly during those moments. She's loathed to admit it, but sometimes the only way she can fall asleep is to cuddle with someone. Having another person around helps ground and reassure her
