I would think Mori knows about it, too, since Mori appears to either treat him personally or at least receive the details of his medical exams.

#mori's retired but he rattled off the extent of comatose akutagawa's injuries#implying he receives copies of akutagawa's med records even if he's not the one treating him#i also think it would make since for him to treat akutagawa personally if akutagawa wished to keep his condition quiet#I dont recall there being any canon confirmation that gin knows the extent of his condition#like clearly he's chronically ill and she lives with him so she'd be familiar with his daily symptoms#but i dont remember seeing any confirmation that she's aware it's a progressive disease#(please correct me if im wrong though)#mori also recommends chuuya take akutagawa to an onsen for his lungs#in the audio drama#which is another reason why i think mori is treating him/keeping abreast of his treatment
