i think my bank just blocked me???
#they charged me some money for absolutely no reason#so i was trying to call them#while also trying to log in to their crap app#but i couldn't remember any of my log in creds#so i kept clicking forgot but it was so buggy#so i kept spamming#and eventually as soon as i got them right it said my account got blocked and to call customer service#which i was already doing but THEY WERENT PICKING UP#and when they finally did i got put on hold for a rlly long time i gave up#tried the next day and it wouldnt let the call go through so i kept spamming#so i guess i got blocked?#thing is at the start an automated message tells me it recognized my phone number#so why tf would you block a customer's phone number#when you know your service is this shitty#this close to cancelling my card fr and ive had it for like a month
