The joy of new worth it-esque content swiftly countered by learning I can't watch it cuz all the new shit is gonna be behind a paywall. Tragic.
#for the record I hope this move works for them and they get to make a living on the stuff they wanna do#but it cannot be denied that it's a deal breaker for poor and international fans#like my dudes you built a fanbase out of broke weirdos and then the economy got worse#it's cool you're cool with password sharing but like#comparing it to dropout seems optimistic since I'm sure they could build up to that level of content production but they're not there yet#so asking for the same amount of money and/or not providing free ways to access it as they build their catalog is certainly A Move#but hey maybe if it works and does well they'll critrole it where they drop new episides for the plebs later#or do a tier on their streaming service that has ads
