File takedown notices on the material. According to the "Copyright strike basics" section: 3 copyright strikes against an account can actually result in a termination too. I mean don't just take it from me, skim the article for the what's and how's but in general I have heard about these things from a couple of youtubers I follow, mostly because people will usher false takedowns on their videos for material that falls under fair use and how much of a hassle it is to dispute those claims when they come up but all in all the bottom line is, if the claim is valid youtube has a nifty system in place for this kinda stuff.

some people i know and i have commented, calling them out but they keep deleting the comments

please please go report them and call them out

this behavior is so disrespectful of artists
