Shout out to Gideon Nav, I've never been so motivated to exercise or been participating in exercise out of my own free. She died so I could have 1% less osteoporosis as an old lady

#although maybe this is just a muir thing bc there is a lot of exercising in florilinda #but fr my parents were 'biggest loser ppl' exercise was a punishment you inflicted upon yourself #in penance for being fat #it did not create a mindset i would consider healthy in fact I've spent most of my life hating exercise #but i started taking hema classes bc of this series and bought a weight to build muscle in my arms to hold the sword #which is bonkers bc any classes my parents put me in i hated #the only thing i liked until now was nature walks #tlt #the locked tomb #gideon the ninth
