#i dont wanna be a bnf but i do kinda want to be recognisable. make lasting connections#but by my calculations over the last 10 years becoming a notable artist usually come down to 2 or more of the following :#remarkable technical skill (needs another decade at least) being incredibly prolific (dont have the time/energy) interesting ideas#(never had those) narrative structures (see prev point)#intellectually i understand that not only is it a lost cause but it should be a non issue and i should get over myself#but the little creature i do my best to temper is gnawing at my joints about it#ent talks#i need to start todays uni work anyways
