First of all, to be perfectly honest, Harmony is, was, and always will be my #1 Harry Potter OTP, so that is 1000% indulgent lmao. But I also love Hinny, and even (sometimes) Romione. And of course, Percabeth is lowkey the greatest YA Lit OTP of the 21st century lol ❤

So why the comparisons? Well, I often used to refer to Percabeth as "Romione to the Harmony Power," but yesterday it hit me that Percabeth also encompasses parts of Hinny.

It genuinely breaks my heart that being a Harmony shipper means I have to constantly go "but not like that!", thanks to the infamous bashing fics, because I actually LOVE Ron and Ginny! 😭😭😭

I'm simply not the biggest fan of Romione's execution (gods, I WANT to love them, I really do, I absolutely love the IDEA of them, but they can... drive me insane sometimes >.<), and the ONLY reason Hinny isn't OTP level is cuz they did not get near enough page-time so it took a long time (and many rereads) for me to fully appreciate them. Also, I've been a Harmony shipper since 2003, soooooo kinda impossible to back out at this point lmao XD
