I think I came up with him a long time ago, but always as a concept of a burnt else and not as an OC. Voisier is one of the original Elsen's of zone 3 (vesper), he is responsible for inventing the machinery that used to process sugar from dead Elsens, more precisely, finding out that Elsens are a source of sugar. More on that on another post, if I ever make it. For now, view him as just another Else that's at the edge of burning.

If you told me a year ago that I would make an Elsen oc, I would have said you were crazy, now look at me. I couldn't help it, making OCs of these little guys is so much fun!

Also, fun fact, due to the process of becoming a burnt, he lost his mouth.
