Battle through The Heavens Season 5 Episode 67 English Sub

Finished Battle Through the Heavens 2018! I didn't mention this one much lol, but I did actually enjoy it. I just... sometimes forgot I was watching it, because it was my "internet is down, gotta watch something on my harddrive show" and when that usually happens, I'd really want to be watching something else more. But it's a solid enough show, I had fun. Cliffhanger ending because they were clearly gunning for a second season (I don't know if the new one with He Luoluo picks up where this left off or not, I haven't started that one yet).

It starts out corny but gets better as it goes, and for scoring it gets a 3.563 average out of 5, which is the same I gave Love and Redemption. BTTH'18 is more rewatchable but less bingeable- I would hesitate longer before watching L&R again but I watched more eps of that in each sitting. BTTH is slightly better about developing their own look costume-wise and in keeping the story coherent and unrepetitive, but L&R had better ending and music/themes (mind you, I haven't delved into their discography, but so far, I have not heard an X-Nine song I actually liked).

If you're a fan of boyish adventure fantasies/fantasy adventures, wuxia elements, girls who have their own plots going on even though it's a boy-centered show, Chen Chuhe being a sassy supporting character, or Wu Lei, try this show!
