As the production team moved around and set a few things up for the show, you had your arms linked around your husband's neck. With smiles on your faces, you started decorating his face with kisses. Levi was in his happy little world as you did.

Levi hugged you tightly. "You're so amazing."

"I'm okay." You sighed. "I don't think I'm that good. I could be a better chef."

He lifted you and smiled up at you. "You're better than you think, my darling. You cook and bake things that anyone can do using low-priced things. You're a top-of-the-line chef, you have cooking programs and you help businesses that struggle. You're incredible."

"I wouldn't be this way if it weren't for your encouragement."

The producer approached you with a smile. "Mrs Ackerman, we are ready to go."

You gasped in delight. "Wonderful! Thank you." You pulled Levi along. "Are you sure you want to do this?"

Levi squeezed your hand. "I want to help. We agreed that this show would be about cooking together as a couple." He pulled on an apron. "Let's do this."

You welled up and nodded. "Yes."

The show was a lot of fun to film with Levi. With other shows, you work your way through it and have some laughs. However, Levi was making you and the crew laugh so much. Levi was a natural and good at cooking and baking with you.

Now and then Levi would kiss your cheek, stand behind you and help you, dance with you or lick something that you offered him. The two of you forgot about it being a show and just acted naturally together. The food seemed to come out even better than usual and your usual was of a very high standard.

The fun part was when you made something with Levi, you would try it together and then offer it to the crew to eat. You wanted everyone to have fun and get involved. Levi and you would point at the crew during filming and ask the questions. It wasn't all about you, it was about everyone and the enjoyment of food.

You thanked the crew and waved goodbye to them as they made their way out of your large home. "What a busy day, huh?"

Levi pulled you against him. "Fuck, you are stunning."

You giggled as he attacked your neck. "Thank you."

He picked you up before moving you into the living room. He held you on the sofa and smiled. "I'm so proud of you."

Your cheeks burned. "Really? That's so sweet of you. That means a lot to me."

He kissed you. "I love you."

You giggled. "I love you so much, Levi. I'm proud of you too. You're incredible to me and you're so handsome." You released a long sigh and straddled Levi. You massaged your fingers into his hair. "You really are the best." You caressed his cheek. "My soulmate."

He blushed. "You're my soulmate too."

You showered his face with kisses. "Do you want me to cook or bake you anything?"

He hummed. "So many choices, but I am a bit full from eating your food all day." He pouted and hummed. "How about something tasty like a dessert?"

Yes, GG especially is a big coffee lover, and they've both been seen with and talked about coffee quite a bit over the years.

I won't make this a comprehensive account of all the times they've been seen with or talked about coffee, I just don't have time for that, but here are a few examples that come to mind:

Turtles have always loved the moment in the BTS where GG was seen listing off all the things he felt like eating and drinking. Starbucks was one of them (as was Japanese food, which was where they ended up going for the Dragon Boat Festival Dinner Date, that same day). GG and DD were seen on set multiple times with Starbucks coffee (and often tea as well).

When he was with XNINE GG spent a day (30 October 2016) as a barista for a cat cafe, which is adorable and a must-see.

GG has been photographed many times at the airport with a coffee in his hand (back when airport photos were still allowed).

He single-handedly turned a coffee shop in Shanghai into a tourist attraction by including a shot of him drinking a coffee there (starts at 1:30 in the clip below) in a Xiao Zhan Studio vlog 10 August 2020 (he ordered a flat white). 😅

During the fanmeet for the brand that shall remain nameless, DD talked about how he enjoys drinking coffee when he goes camping.

DDU did an entire episode on coffee that features some hilarious DD moments.

Of course, DD was seen with a cup of coffee during the boat ride for GQ MOTY.

Why are boybands always big hits?

Boybands have been a thing for decades now, even if it’s been slowly declining over the years. Going from The Beatles to the Backstreet Boys to One Direction and more recently BTS, boybands have always resulted in massive success, but why is that?

First of all, what is a boyband? It is a group of young boys, from late teenage years to early 20s, who sing songs written for them and who, most of the time, don’t play instruments.

I think The Beatles were a starting point in the history of boybands. They gained popularity in the 1960s and even if, by definition, they don’t really fit in this category, they really shaped the way boybands are marketed nowadays. With an enormous, mostly female-based fanbase coming from all over the world, The Beatles revolutionized the way fans interact with pop singers and especially boybands.

The 90s were the years of boybands, with iconic groups such as the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC who also amassed immense success and very large fanbases. After them came One Direction in the 2010s who really were in the right place at the right time with the rise of social media, making it the perfect period to create a band that could interact closely with their fans and be relatable. In the late 2010s came the korean band BTS who also blew up.

The key to their success comes down to one thing: their audiences. Being mostly marketed at teenage girls, with their catchy songs and handsome group members, we understand why they’re always so successful. Most of the time, the band members are characterized into “archetypes”, with all different personalities so that every fan can pick a favorite. Boybands member are also often marketed as the “perfect boyfriends” which is very appealing for teenage girls, but it also results in parasocial relationships between the fans and artists, which is something their record label profit from. Boybands interact a lot with their fanbase, with concerts, meet-and-greets etc… creating this kind of relationship, as if the fans know them and are close to them, something that is, again, very financially profitable.

Also, most of the time, boybands members are overworked and exploited by their companies. For example, Lou Pearlman, the manager of both the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC, stole roughly 500 million dollars from them over their career while some of the group members could barely afford rent. Some of the members of One direction also stated that they were overworked during tours and talked about eating disorders and problems of anxiety related to the impossible standards they had to meet for their record labels but also for the fans.

In conclusion, I think boybands are really fun to get into from the point of view of a young fan, but seeing it in its entirety, you realize they really just are industry plants created by the industry to make the most money possible by taking advantage of both young artists and a young and easily influenced fanbase.

She chuckled at the question. "A Bratz doll,"

"I love saying this word. FUCK!"

"Lately...xenophobia especially regarding K-Pop groups. It irks my soul. I hate it so much,"

"I recently got a penthouse in New York," she proudly answered.

"Vienna. Because she has the best one-liners," Jennie giggled at the memories.

Opening up the door to her studio, she held it for the interviewer as they walked in.

"Smarties! Duh! They really need to sponsor me. If I can be blessed with Nike, I will work hard to get Smarties to have me endorse them,"

'What's the funniest thing you read about yourself in the press?'

"Recently? That I'm pregnant. I don't understand why everyone keeps saying that. You clearly see me downing alcohol with my friends,"

"Ooohh....this is a tough one...okay, honestly? I like baking cupcakes the most. Cookies are a close second,"

"Oh God...I'm going to get roasted for this...Recently I have been sick of Butter,"

"Right now, I would say my biggest success is my mental and physical health. I'm happy to be in a good place," she smiled as they left her studio and continued to walk around the building.

"You know what? People always assume I'm mean or disrespectful because of my resting bitch face. But once we work together and begin to talk those thoughts go out the window,"

'Who is one of your role models in the K-Pop industry?'

"G-Dragon. I owe so much to that man. He is truly the best and has mentored me for many years. I'm very grateful to him. He's an icon,"

'Current obsession?'

"I've been getting into skydiving, more,"

'Favorite place to visit in the world?'

"Japan. Gosh, I love going over there,"

'Most overworn item in your wardrobe?'

"I wear a specific pair of Nikes that I call my lucky pair if I need that extra push. Right here," she presented the sneakers she was currently wearing.

'Beauty product you don't go a day about wearing?'

"Chapstick! Keep your lips moisturized, please! No crusty lips up in here!"

'Favorite piece of jewelry to wear?'

Jennie smiled proudly and presented her ring to the camera. "My wedding ring,"

Her eyes lit up when they mentioned his name and she smiled brightly. "I'm ready!"

"His tattoos are so nice. I love them all but to pick one? Um...I'd say our couple's tattoo. We have our heartbeats tattooed on each other. On our ring fingers,"
