For that one version of the BTB x CSS crossover where the CSS crew adopts Nee-Nee during the time period after the CSS crew learned that Solar had worked with Eclipse, would Nee-Nee try and befriend Solar? Hed more than likely be very very jealous of Nee Nee since the BTB crew had accepted him without hesitation and generally avoidant of him, but with enough persistence it would probably work

He’d somewhat relate to Solar since he was the outcast of his own dimension and also was seen as a negative or bad person. He’d ask around the others to see if he really did anything bad towards them before he got into contact with eclipse and if they were nice to him prior to it. Once he confirms it’s the situation he expected he’s going to be very stubborn. BTB solar is coming to the family dammit.
