Albert Williams

Saguru's head of staff, just a bit older than him. They are best friends and did go one a few dates back in the day before Albert realized that Saguru was fucking insane and has been dropping hints for last 30 years that Saguru should hit up Kaito again (much to Baaya's ire). Albert does everything. He's the butler, the go-between for Saguru and society, and keeps everyone else in check. Has a long running friendly rivalry with Baaya due to Albert shipping KaiHaku vs Baaya having a hand in breaking them up, especially as she got older and had to hand over the role of being Saguru's minder over to him. Betty Smith Betty is the gardener, who lives with her wife on the property. On the side she keeps an eye on security and making sure that Saguru can continue being a recluse, as well as doing world wide research for him in the winter months and he'd rather not leave the house. She reminds Saguru a bit of Baaya so tends to lean on her in emotional moments even though she isn't much older than him either. She and Baaya have weekly bitch and stitch meetings over tea. Mateo Williams Albert's husband, works as the chef now that Baaya is retired. Not because his food is any particularly amazing but it keeps him busy. Mateo would sell everyone to satan for one cornchip (but he loves everyone) Owen (no last name) Owen is...there. Nobody is sure where he came from, but nobody questions it. Seems to do housekeeping and holds stellar movie nights. And they are all retired professional criminals. Well, mostly retired.
