genuinely how rabid and actually verbally violent people are getting over body issues here on tumblr is a decent amount of why it continues to feel less like using here as its main social platform

#blocked a mutual this morning for personally attacking people wrt 'you skinny fuck' 'shut the fuck up twig'#body issues have gone from acknowledging the systemic violence skinny people can carry to it is okay to personally attack anyone over their #uncontrollable body traits. and to say it's weird to do so is an attack somehow #it saw some takes talking about how this really only got as rabid when the reddit migration happened and it's inclined to believe that.#we have gone backwards on body issues from both skinniness and fatness are uncontrollable and body positivity to it is personally yr fault #twitter has been its main niche for a bit now and while this issues crop up they have been NOWHERE near as rabid
