The man was smiling under his helmet as he saw the other walk into his field of sight. He didn't have any weapons drawn, instead meandering up the ally towards the other man.

A quick movement away from either of the handguns at his hips. But for now, he didn't see a point. "I've already had some... little talks with some of the locals." The local drug lords that was. "But you didn't show up to the meeting. Probably better... I didn't have a gift for ya."
