Monika Payne 

Monika Payne is the President and CEO of Caljohn Asset Management, LLC. Caljohn is a firm of talented, innovative thinkers who specialize in Marketing & Promotions and Project, Operations, and Social Media Management. Their training, matched with decades of experience allows them to accomplish great success in their business ventures. The Caljohn team has developed and coordinated events and programs for various types of organizations and individuals including municipals, event producers, radio personalities, political officials, recording artists, educational institutions, places of worship, and more. They draft operating budgets, design marketing and promotion strategies, and establish a timeline to bring productions from start to finish with precise execution. The team of skilled professionals is thorough and attentive to the smallest of details. They have assisted in establishing and expanding business operations for various businesses. Caljohn’s extensive network allows them accessibility to numerous resources that are needed for any scale project.  

Outside the workplace, Monika served as director of her church’s music department for many years. Being a singer and musician, Monika has helped many independent artists with laying song tracks to present their talent to the world. Recently, she was appointed to the position of Economic Development Commissioner in Richton Park, IL. In addition, she has volunteered to feed those in need, assisted in hosting a job fair for the local community,  and tutored, mentored, and coordinated youth outreach events. She uses the experiences gained while working in Corporate America and the school systems to advise small businesses and educational directors.  

In many areas of her life, Monika tends to be elevated to positions of leadership. When working in the financial and property management industries, she was quickly awarded supervisory and managerial duties. Monika’s leadership qualities, background in management, and education in business and accounting have proven to be valuable assets in moving her organization forward and establishing new entities in her company portfolio. In December 2019, Monika founded a non-profit organization, Beyond These 4 Walls, which focuses on introducing students Grades K-8th to customs and cultures outside of their own to develop a greater global perspective.  Students explore other countries through fun, innovative, interactive, and engaging activities. In January of 2020, Beyond These 4 Walls partnered with a dynamic organization, Symphony of Change, to implement its initiative through Fine Arts education in local schools. In addition, Monika launched a subsidiary of Caljohn, The Health Quake (HQ). HQ promotes holistic wellness through lines of nutritional products, expert coaching, and weekly online broadcasts. 

Her level of commitment and diligence continues to open more and larger windows of opportunity and growth. By replacing fear with faith, she has excelled beyond her own expectations. Monika believes that an abundant standard of living is a gift for all, and she has purposed to assist those that are seeking to achieve a finer quality of life.
