Since Until Dawn is getting a movie adaptation, I decided to do a fancast of who I think should pick up these roles for a film! Plus I give some ideas on how they could go about certain aspects in the film!

🦈 Which character is the toughest to write?

hmm i think reg cuz i had a specific idea of him before I entered the fandom and by reading so much fics on his pov I sometimes struggle with the characterization I'm gonna use for him and sticking to it

🎬 If a movie or show were based on your fic, which fic would you choose and who would you fancast?

THIS IS SO HARD FOR NO REASON LOL I think I'd go with either compass or power over me cuz they'd be the most aesthetically pleasing, i don't have fancasts for them but I'd have to go with Michael Cimino for James even tho he doesn't look like how i imagine him, kahlil beth for Evan, for Barty maybe Freddy Carter cuz he's got that weird haunted face, very wide eyes and I liked how he looked with blood on his face lol but if it was Compass cuz its a band au I'd choose Damiano David for him for sure, reg would be timmy just cuz idk the name of the other guy i ac see him as (but also they all look so young and i imagined them looking older on power over me)

👑 Do you like writing short fics or long fics?

I wish I could be the type of person who writes long fics, like I've got plenty of ideas that are, but I struggle so much with sticking to only one idea and being consistent on my writing that recently I've decided to focus mainly on my short fics so I can actually finish them and maybe write the longer fics on the side and only post them once they're mostly done (which I struggle to do too) so currently I prefer short fics heheh

I hate that the mcelroy's manner of speaking and dialogue had made it's way into my vocabulary because now I call everything pleasing a good boy, golf is forever jolf, and I can't think of fallout without "hi im beth esda thank you for playing my game" this is all equal parts wonderful, hilarious and terrible because who needs the phrase "sexy dickolas cheney" clanging around in their heads? Answer: me, I do 100%

Arsenal Women's star Vivianne Miedema delivers humble verdict on her potential legacy

Speaking exclusively to Snack Media, Arsenal Women’s striker Vivianne Miedema has delivered an honest verdict on what she hopes her legacy in football will be.

The 23-year-old has enjoyed a record-breaking career so far, already becoming the Netherlands’ all-time top-scorer, and winning the PFA Player of the Year award last season.

But despite her incredible goal-scoring achievements and personal accolades, Miedema was quick to insist that she hopes people remember her for being a “good teammate” when she hangs up her boots.

She said: “To be honest, I just want to be remembered as a good teammate. I think that for me, is the most important thing. Then if you see the young girls growing up right now, and they want to play like Miedema or want to play like Beth Mead, you want to be that example that stands out for them.

“Obviously, the easiest way for me is to score goals, which I’m luckily not doing too bad right now. Like I say, I just want to be the best teammate that I can, and I hope that people will always remember me for the way I used to play.”

If Miedema continues on the trailblazing path that she is on, a Women’s Ballon d’Or will surely be on the horizon. She was a nominee for the award in 2019, and came in fifth place, with USA’s World Cup winner Megan Rapinoe taking home the coveted prize.

But as the Dutch forward alludes to, not everything is about the personal achievements or the prizes on offer. Her insistence on being remembered as a great teammate and role model really captures how she still has her feet on the ground, and that is a trait that will no doubt stand her in good stead over the course of her career.

She may have been fifth last year, but Miedema is well on the path to being named the world’s best player sooner rather than later.
