policy update: unfortunately, going forward, pro-accounts will be required to purchase large scale customized carrds. there have been several instances of longevity issues with accounts that I made for clients to work around free accounts. for the sake of making sure people can continue to use the work and not be locked out, a pro account will be required. so that I can transfer it directly to an account fully belonging to the client and not one made for them, minimizing risk. I apologize for any inconvenience going forward, and I will be looking into further ways to purchase smaller/less detailed carrds through carrd's template system!

#I'm updating some prices and policy stuff and I wanted to verbalize this!#this is not about one incident this has been happening more and more with work I created in the last year or so #I've had several people end up locked out of carrd accounts #because they didn't end up changing the temp email/password I created for the carrd account #and g.mail has flagged and shut down the majority of those emails so we can't access the code they end up sending #and it is honestly a major hassle for both parties and I feel bad #and I'm going to try and find other options but for the time being this is what is best circumstances wise
