This is a long shot but I remember reading a bit of tes info about nord women being able to grow beards, but can't find it Anywhere. Did I dream this or do your fine folk have a source I could check out?

I think you're thinking of Gulfa Red-Beard, who is looking for potion ingredients to grow a "grow a full, flowing beard. Just like my father's."

There is also a lot of references to female Nords with beards in the community due to reports of female Draugrs with beards. I wasn't sure sure if those were genuine or not, but I am now.

I examined a lot of Draugr to find the source of this.

Anyway, here's a female Draugr with a beard.

Easily created with the sex change command. But with so many reports, surely there is a legitimate source of them?

Yes there is, LvlDraugrAmbushWarlockFemale provides bearded female Draugrs. Not all the time, but it can use the heads with beards with female bodies.
