let one of my vegan friends convince me that beans and rice was an acceptable dinner meal. woke up this morning with low blood sugar. I'm not diabetic.
how anyone keeps that diet is truly beyond me.
#it's the lack of protein#beans have some protein yes but they're not a proper complex protein#I will be continuing to consume meat and eggs thank you#and before any rando says anything I cannot eat soy and I cannot eat tree nuts#the vegan diet is impossible for me and this post is not an invitation to preach about it
