the Plans i have for Halloween dinner tonight...
#it involves two extremely large and juicy pumpkin shaped orange bell peppers...#plus a can of beans and a pack of premade mexican rice + salsa + nacho cheese + pickled jalapeños + scallions#and i found a still fresh lime that rolled to the back of my fridge#im also gonna serve it with a side salad of jalapeño brined cucumbers and gooseberries and fresh mini bell peppers#bcuz Matt's mum got us a pullcord vegetable chopper and you just precut everything the same size and it dices and minces it all together
