good morning my bathroom is being destroyed I hate home repair I hate home repair
#why on earth would someone put tiling up using road tar? bc these guys just ripped out the tiles then had to stop#to go get some shit that can idk dissolve the tar someone used before to put the tiles and laminate paneling on#then they discovered my bathtub was actually lead that someone put an enamel shell over#so really great to realize I've been standing in a toxic shower every single day#trying not to freak out about lead levels in my body#also my pipes are lead so all that shit will have to be ripped out and replaced with safe piping#bc we've also been drinking & cooking with lead contaminated water#why the lead wasn't disclosed during sale idk maybe its my fault for not checking even tho its an old house#this is just one massive fucking headache & gonna cost thousands
