#i like the idea of ludger either genuinely being selfish or clinging to the idea that he was right#bc the idea of accepting he fucked up is way scarier and he won't survive that#but the first one is more fun because then julius gets to be like 'holy fuck' and be. somehow. the more morally adjusted of them#i don't think ludger becomes like victor at all but i DO adore framing him as a legit villain from that point onwards#i mean if bisley wins there's not much left for either ludger or julius to do (assuming that completing the trial stops julius from becoming#a catalyst) so the problem is more just. living with the reality of bisley's wish.#i think a lot about ludger thinking of milla and muzet...#v#x2
