today at work i had a Situation w a newly-not trainee who like Just finished training who did some fuckshit yesterday but after i handled it he was like "you know i'm so glad it was you that talked to me and not (manager) because you handled it really nicely and i know she... wouldn't have been as nice" and i'm just like :) EXACTLY WHY I SHOULD BE ASSISTANT MANAGER BUT WHATEVERRRRR

#i believe this in my heart and soul.#it's so annoying bc the position Exists within the corporate structure of the shop but they dont want to do it #bc they have a 'flat management structure' and im like hm do you?#bc rn it's me and my best friend that are treated & paid like assistant managers w out the title #and all the other trainers are Just trainers
