TELL ME ABOUT THE CURSE!!

Okay so basically the idea of The Curse is to explain why the Strongs are a "extinct" house during Game of Thrones. It's my way of filing in gaps so I can continue my personal delulu train lol.

So during the Dance of Dragons, all of House Strong were wiped out. (Which I won't explain bc spoilers.) But I'm already fucking with the timeline by keeping Harwin alive, so like as "payment" for that, and having all his family live after the war (himself, wife, their children), a curse is placed on their family for the rest of time.

Only one person in each generation will live to produce more children. This severely restricts the amount of living members of House Strong - so generations pass with only one whose named Strong surviving each time. They end up getting lost to time. And they learn as time passes that if they have more than one child, they'll all die until there's only one left.

Their curse is that they will keep existing, but the cost is that they will be alone.
