Wyllstarion more angsty alternative to the blood drow lady subplot. Mizora, being a sociopath that's been observing everything Wyll does including Astarion and his issues, would absolutely try to get to Wyll through Astarion if mr hero pissed her off. If Astarion feels like shit over not getting Tav that possibly powerful potion, imagine how garbage he would feel over not getting a possible amendment to Wyll's contract. It's the same "I should have just let her have me" conversation but WORSE and so much better because this would be the first time in the game we would see Astarion completely vulnerable and Wyll absolutely ENRAGED(At Mizora, not Astarion, he's getting soft hugs). I want violently pissed off Wyll damn it.

Wyll's so done with her over the course of the game - see: What do you want, Mizora? Mizora, you areshole! You shitstain, etc. - and that's just with himself on the line!!! Once she starts going after his loved ones (his father, or in this hypothetical his lover...) it's game over, man. Sooner or later she's going to fuck around and find out.

Because of her swearing him to silence on the finer details of the pact, keeping him in the dark for years by withholding the only copy of the contract, TRACKING HIM AND SPEAKING IN HIS HEAD ANY PLACE, ANY TIME via the sending stone she shoved in his skull at seventeen, showing up unannounced to terrorize and demoralize him on the regular (the scars on his face and neck, that's HER! His devil transformation, that's HER! Calling him a pet and a dog and a pup and putting him on a leash, that's HER!) it's a fair guess that Wyll hasn't been able to let anyone in - not really, not in seven years.

He finally gets to have that - someone who wants him, who loves and respects him as Wyll whether he's the Blade of Frontiers or Ulder Ravengard's disgraced son, etc. - and she takes that opportunity to try to sink her claws into Astarion and coerce him into sex so she can hurt him, hurt Wyll, lord the guilt and shame over them (guilt which falls entirely on her shoulders in case that's not clear), it's exactly the type of thing she'd do and it's exactly the type of thing that'd be so grossly offensive and hurtful to Wyll he'd be doing double time trying to get out of that contract.
