Funny idea popped into my head: The Kombat Kids can’t for the life of them remember who Rain is and it devastates his ego. They just can’t fathom that he’s ever existed no matter how many times they meet and it eats at him.

Rain: We meet once again, Earthrealmers. Ready to drown?

Cassie: I’m sorry, who are you?

Rain: I’m… I’m Rain…

Jacqui: Have we met?

Rain: Have we met- We’ve done battle eight times!

Kombat Kids: …

Rain: I helped Maleena take Shinnok’s Amulet.

Kombat Kids: …

Rain: I tried to kill the one with the bow last week!

Jin: Did that happen last week? You’d think I’d remember something like that. Are you sure?

Takeda: I guess he didn’t make a good enough impression.

Rain: I am a Demigod you insolent brats!

Cassie: Clearly not a very good one. You don’t even have a name.

Rain: I just told you, it’s RAIN!

Takeda: No, forecast says it’s going to be sunny all week.

Rain makes it a point to attack them all on sight at every chance he gets, just to make sure they remember

This does not work and has the unfortunate side effect of pissing of Hanzo
