Our #lowwaste bathroom air freshener! 🔥 Matches have a strong and distinctive smell which is excellent at masking unpleasant #bathroom odours. Combine that with a good ol fashioned scented candle and even the morning after a beer and curry session is basically bearable. 💩 The burned #match bits are collected in this #reused glass jar and either composted or added to BBQs. The box will also be burned at the end of its life, and any remaining #candle wax will be melted and re-moulded into another future candle with other wax craps. I'm also looking for sustainable beeswax candles for when I eventually run out of the candles I've amassed. Two recent purchases at LUSH (I forgot what I bought in Gunma before they renewed their shop at Aeon Takasaki, and what I got in my huge haul at the one in Shinjuku, Tokyo, in the meantime) I love both those solid shampoo bars, they are very good on my hair, cleaning nicely but very gentle and their smells OMG 💖💕 The shampoos are : Flyway Hair, with sea salt, lemon oil, chamomile oil and cocoa butter & Seanik, with moss seaweed & nori seaweed plus sea salt (hello volume !💙 cause this girl is a big “BIG” fan ! -pun intended-), lemon oil and orange flower absolute. Oh mama, the first one was my favorite in the shop but the second one got my heart in the shower ! 💚 they’re both amazing ! I both another one (with coconut!!) last weekend, it’s still in un paper and on my desk cause I can’t stop sniffing it !!! To whom it may concern:

Finley DeLaporte reporting from the DeLaporte mansion in New Orleans, LA. Working on a deep-cover documentary about the lies, scandal, and deception of the DeLaporte family during the Fanatical Self-IsolationTM of 2020.

When we last spoke, I was able to replace my prized writing instrument. Junior lent me the necessary $2.50 from his own savings to purchase a new edition of the pen from the family supply shop. 

Now, I know that you think this means that I’ve been slacking up on Arch DeLaporte-Grundwalt, but you would be incorrect. I have, for the last ten days, kept complete tabs on his movements and now have an accurate daily schedule for his movement. It is as follows:

8am - wake up - bathroom time

8:30am - breakfast - usually eggs and cottage cheese 

10am - sliding down the banisters for “practice”

12:30pm - lunch - usually canned tuna and cottage cheese

1:30pm - scheduled magazine reading time 

5:30pm - studies

8pm - dinner - usually cod, caesar salad, and cottage cheese

11:30pm - Sleep

I know he still has my original pen. I will find where he’s been keeping it. Time is very much on my side...
