this is going to sound so hypocritical of me as a terrifier fan, but i really miss the 80s when horror wasn't a gross out factor & was based on like ... story more than graphic gore & nastiness. like every horror movie that comes out this year is just so graphic and unfriendly for the general public. i miss the originals, when horror was about the fear factor & creeps, not about how bloody and disgusting it could be.
