Obsidian is certainly intrigued by Legion! She swung by because this world's energy was weird, and was not expecting a balanced host! (Balanced meaning neither of the wills, the stone or host, are overpowering the other, but are in perfect Synergy.)

I don't know much about Legion honestly so feel free to correct me but also I finished this in like, a day? I saw Legion's design and my brain went "HOLY SHIT" and then I had this done. Hope you like it!

Sidia is her world's "heart", since her Earth is entirely powered by Gaia Energy. But since it can be tainted by negative emotion and corruption, it needed a filter to make sure the world didn't implode. Enter Arceus, who created Sidia in order to keep the world's energy balanced. She lives in the Distortion Realm in order to catch any large surges of Shadow Energy, but sometimes the portals will lead to other worlds on accident.

Also she is stupidly reclusive and the only Mew existing in her world, so it gets a little lonely with only Giratinas' for company. Thus why she doesn't mind going on visits, but never stays for long since without a "heart", her world will die.

Oh! And like Legion, the stone in her chest is actually just what you can see! Her upper ribcage, sternum and part of her spine are all crystallized Synergite, in order to support the stone in her chest. It also makes her incredibly heavy.
