❤️ my first roleplay memory

My first roleplay memory is, of course, one that started on Tumblr back when I was around 16 years old. Picture this, it's 2016, I'm in my junior year of high school and I had a personal Tumblr account for just viewing whatever the hell I wanted on it. I was also a FNAF kid, and FNAF 2 had JUST come out, and I meet my very first online friend. On our personal blogs, my friend would roleplay as Balloon Boy (or BB for short), and I would roleplay as a humanized!Marionette (before we knew who the puppet was and how the puppet connected to the original lore). I will even expose myself here and say that we roleplayed threads where we shipped their Balloon Boy and my marionette together, the ship I "creatively" named BalloonStrings. I remember that the start of one of these threads had BB crying because no one in the pizzeria liked him and he knew about it, and Marionette was comforting him.

My favorite roleplay memory? Well shit, I have way too many of those lol. The main one that comes to mind is when I was first starting up my blog for Ted Lockwood (@/goranginumber7), and I managed to convince @childrenfromthecrypt to add Alex Toomey, and their first thread together went a little off the rails because I can't do improv and pacing for shit but holy shit was it funny to watch Alex try and run from his gay thoughts involving his superior officer LMAO.

🦄 the best thing that's happened to me in roleplay this year

Finally giving Jamie and Alejandro an outlet to exist beyond my mind's eye if I'm being honest (the blog's barely alive but hey that's to be expected for a baby blog.)
