the star wars books are neverending lol

someone requested books 1-8 of the Star Wars: X-Wing series from the ’90s. I’ll be honest, it did make me think I should start doing book 1 only, but I’m going to continue accepting later books for the time being.

however, as always, I encourage everyone who’s considering submitting a whole series to ask themselves, truly, if they need to know how many people read each book in the series, or if they just want to gauge how many people are aware of / have read a bit of the series.

#faq #I don't want to categorically exclude later books because #a) some series have complex chronologies (publication order vs. internal chronology for example)#b) some series encompass books that aren't actually strongly continuous (e.g. the original Pern trilogy vs. Dragonsong/Dragonsinger)#c) it was very funny to me that Nona the NInth got a higher yes rate than Harrow which got a higher yes rate than Gideon #there have been some similarly silly series results on the fantasy blog #(RIP In the Hands of the Goddess lmao)
